The Press was having a field day as the clock struck midnight, taking pictures of the disgraced mayor Ruvé Adams as she was being led out of the Plaza and put into the backseat of a police van by Lt. Pike while Damien Darhk's body was being loaded into CSI van on a stretcher.
"Please. Just give me a chance to say goodbye to my daughter." Ruvé begged as he took the driver's seat not bothering to look over his shoulder.
"Did your husband give Captain Lance a chance to say goodbye to his?" Pike retorted coldly to Ruvé who winced as they drove off and headed to SCPD Lockup. "Didn't think so."
