The sights which met Sandra's eyes much later appeared at first, through her only narrowly opening eyelids (which were only just beginning to open), to be nothing more or less than just soft colours, hues of greys and bright whites, everything blurred and her feeling dizzy for a couple of seconds, as if the planet itself was spinning in all directions instead of its usual pace in one particular direction. More confusion etched itself into her mind when she tried to get up from wherever she was, as she was in a laid down position, only to discover that her arms and legs felt very tight, meaning that she was almost unable to move them at all. Eventually, after what felt like a long while but was, in actuality, a mere 5 seconds, her vision cleared fully so that she was now completely aware of her surroundings.
And the very first thing she did, under the glare of a bright light directly above her on the ceiling, was let out a gasp when she realised that the reason for her freedom of movement being restricted was because both her legs and both her arms were strapped down by her sides to a freezing cold metal table, making her shiver and desperately want to get up off of it and rub her back against a warm radiator. She was still wearing her normal clothes, but the short sleeves of her casual shirt were pulled up so far that the entirety of both her shoulders was fully exposed to the cold, too. In order to allow space for the syringes to enter more easily.
"I was wondering when you were going to decide to wake up..." The sound of a voice from off to her right caused her to instantly turn her head in that direction, starting to shake somewhat from building fear while squinting from the extreme brightness of the light in the room. "...I mean I know the chloroform I used on you was strong, but nevertheless I intend not to waste any time. I wanted to wait until you were conscious before I started." Jason Peugot said, his voice trying to be smooth and elegant, but still coming across as being an itch in the back of Sandra's mind, making her wish he'd shut up.
"What are you gonna do to me...?" She started shaking a tad as she asked him quietly, knowing that the general topic of what lay in store for her was experimentation, but she didn't know which procedures specifically.
"Well, it never hurts to take another blood sample, does it?" He said rhetorically, holding up a VERY sharp needle connected to a thin wire adjoined to a glass tube before edging dangerously close to the young woman, making her start to shake her head in a stiff and frightened manner from side to side, repeatedly chanting the words 'oh god no' inside her head. Her former psychiatrist had just said that it 'never hurts' to steal a blood sample from her body, but clearly he wasn't the one who was about to have a needle jabbed into his arm so he wouldn't know the pain she was about to feel because of it.
"So is everyone clear on the plan?" Germany, meanwhile, whispered to his other 3 friends, with them all ducking behind some trees outside the abandoned building which the grey-haired American had decided to use as his U.K mental ward. After he'd kidnapped her, the group of 4 had quickly gone outside of the university and followed him in the BMW, remaining incognito the whole way. That's how they knew where to find him.
"Yeah. We split into pairs, and one pair goes in through a secret back entrance or something of that nature while the other pair enters through the front door as a double bluff, because Peugot won't expect us to just merrily go strolling in like that. Then we work our way upwards through the floors to find Sandra and as soon as we do, we get out of there and regroup back here." Eleanor repeated the rescue plan which he had only a few minutes beforehand told them about.
"Ja, that's right." He nodded in confirmation. "Und we'll stay in touch via the mobile phones." As the pairs they were going in where him with Jenny and Italy with Ells, so that both the nations had an ability user with them so that they were that little bit more protected. Both of the girls' phones were on the text chatroom to each other right now.
