"Are you sure Italy'll be able to do this - sneak around this place without getting caught?" Whispered England to Germany, meanwhile. "I mean that bloke doesn't exactly have the most spotless track record when it comes to having effective battle or infiltration tactics."
"I'm completely sure, Arthur." The muscular Central European country answered him without losing even a tiny fraction of his coolheaded demeanour. "I understand your point und I completely agree with it also, but he's my best friend, und if there's one thing I know about him for certain it's that when he has the right motivation, he can accomplish almost anything. I imagine the prospect of saving Jenny und Starfire is just as much motivation for him as it is for the rest of us." The pair of them, along with the others, were all on the ground floor inside the abandoned council building, sat on the ground behind a long computer desk (ironically devoid of all its computers, which were scattered around the long un-vacuumed floor surrounding them) as a method of being covert. They made sure to keep their voices down for this same reason.
"You are right about that, Germany-San." Japan nodded his head in agreement.
Straight after this was spoken, they became interrupted all of a sudden when there was a sound - one that could only be heard in an atmosphere as calm and quiet as the one our group of protagonists were in - seemingly emanating from one of the side pockets of Ludwig's trousers; the closest sound this one they were hearing could be compared to was that of a phone vibrating continuously due to receiving an incoming phone call. Sure enough, this very description was confirmed to be correct when he reached into his pocket, let his hand lock on to the source of the noise and pull that object out, revealing to the others that it was his mobile phone. It had a pretty simple exterior design: a black case covering up the entire object with there being a small flap on one side so as to open it for using the phone, with there being no patterns on the cover at all, and it was one where the cover stretched across the front as well as the other sides because of him not wanting to run the risk of the screen getting damaged if he ever accidentally dropped it. Germany liked to keep most of his belongings plain in terms of design so that there was no chance of it distracting him from its purpose, and his phone wasn't one of the exceptions.
He undid the flap and opened up the cover like the front of a book, seeing that the screen was currently displaying 2 buttons, one red and one greeen which could be used to reject or accept the incoming call respectively, and written in white above both of them was the caller ID:
'Italy'.
Ludwig pressed his finger onto the green button underneath the ID before holding the phone up to his ear, and a high-pitched voice instantly spoke out through it,
"Germany! Germany! You have no idea how thankful I am that you picked up!" Feliciano said in a manner which could only be described as a whisper-exclamation - a blend of keeping the volume of his tone hushed in order to avoid the risk of being heard by the enemy and making his happiness perfectly clear at finally being able to express how terrified almost out of his mind he was feeling about the plan they were putting into action. "I'm scared I'm so scared please help me I don't wanna do this..."
"Feliciano, calm down a second!" His ally hissed, still barely audibly, into his own end of the phone line. By now the others next to him were looking as he spoke. "Now slow down und tell me, what exactly is wrong?"
"I'm just so scared. I'm not sure I wanna do this..." He answered. "I mean I'm worried that at any moment those creepy guys will hear me sneaking around this'll building and catch me." Italy's legs started trembling as he involuntarily recalled a memory image of a slender male figure looming over him, brandishing a thin but sharp needle in one of his hands and using the other hand for clutching the pole an IV bag was strung up on.
