2 days later, after that rather eventful weekend with the birthday party and the 2p incident, there was a soothingly quiet atmosphere in the local library, which was expected, and Jenny and Eleanor had just started their usual evening shift there a couple of hours after their habitual university day had ended. The Kohnka sisters were also soon to arrive for the same shift as normal.
Ells stamped a return date onto the white slip on the inside of a book before handing it to the person who wished to take it out of the library, and she then turned to face the younger of the 2 friends. "What do you think the others'll be doing for Valentine's Day on Thursday? As in Italy and America and the nations, and also Starry and Sandra?" She said this first part of her sentence, about the Hetalia characters, quietly enough for others not to hear.

"I don't really know. I'm guessing that Austria and Hungary will most likely be spending the day together, though." Said Jen, in this same volume which made sure no one would be able to eavesdrop, while she simultaneously put books back and sorted them on their shelves from the pile of books hugged under her forearm. It was like lip-reading because they couldn't be heard from that distance, but some of the others additionally working there right now could be seen talking with each other while doing their tasks, presumably about what they, too, were planning to do for Valentine's Day.

"Yeah. I think you're right about that." Nodded Eleanor in agreement. "'Cause that pair do seem like they're very close."

"I'm continuing to ship AusHun in the actual fandom, too." The cryo/hydrokinetic one added with the grin of a die-hard otaku, making her pal roll her eyes slightly and give her a facial expression that was saying in unspoken words, 'you're hopeless'.

"I swear your addiction to the series is still unhealthy, Jen." She was smiling, so it wasn't meant in a hurtful way at all; it was merely a piece of friendly banter. This remark earned her a chuckle from the bespectacled girl.

"There is no escaping from such a glorious show, my comrade!" Jenny replied jokingly with an exaggerated tone of voice.

"Hiya you 2!" Suddenly, they heard the sound of their black-haired friend and fellow ability user's voice from off to the side, who exclaimed this in a fairly quiet volume because of them being in a library but at the same time made it loud enough for the pair to hear. She came up to them, with her older sibling following alongside her, after both of them had just arrived there a few seconds ago for their shift.

"Hey Starfire. By the way, I've been meaning to ask, how come you and Sandria declined our offer of carpooling with us to work this evening?" The youngest queried out of curiosity.

"We carpooled on our own today, because guess who got her first U.K car this afternoon!" Sandra said cheerfully, holding up a set of black car keys for them to see and having an expression of pure pleasure written across her face now that she had her own vehicle in Britain. "It's a white 2014 Toyota Camry, and it's taken a while but I've been saving up a large majority of my money lately and I've finally managed to scrape together enough to buy it from a car dealership a mile away from here."

"Nice! I imagine you must be pretty happy with it." Jenny congratulated.

"You're right, that I am. Just now I used it to drive me and Starry here to work, and it's such a smooth ride, honestly." The brunette sustained the smile that was on her features.

"Does it still have that 'new car' smell?" Eleanor furthermore enquired.

"Yep! Well, as long as I can keep America and his hamburgers out of it, anyway." She answered, whispering this last sentence, and it caused the other 3 to laugh amongst themselves at the joke.

"So, how are you guys gonna be spending Valentine's Day, by the way?" Asked Starfire. "'Cause Sandra and I were thinking, if you're not too busy, the 4 of us could get together and hang out that day as friends, and we could invite some of the others around too!"
