Toni was up early the next morning so she could get back to campus to pack, I helped her take her stuff out and went back to bed. It wasn’t till around 12 when I woke up again, feeling the mattress beside me for Ashton.

I went down and made a cup of coffee, the house was empty, Jackie still not home and mom and dad at work. Now to think about what to say.

”Mom, Dad, I need to talk to you” I say walking into the office.

“What is is sweety.” Dad asks pointing to the seat.

“Ashton wanted me to move in with him..” I slowly sit down waiting for the answer.

“Where does he live?” Mom asks turning from her computer.

“Um, London” I whisper.

“Where?” Dad asks, very calmly, raising an eyebrow.

“London, and sometimes Australia .” I say a little louder.

“Are you fucking crazy, you think we are going to let you fucking move that far away for a boy you just met?!” Mom says laughing.

“Well, yeah, I would have a job and everything.” I say still looking down.

“I don’t give a fuck, there is no way in hell you are moving to fucking London. Sorry bout your luck, just going to have to find another man here.” Dad says.

“Its my choice. I was just informing you that I am moving to London.” I raise my voice.

“Don't get smart with us! We are your parents, and what we say goes.” Dad yells.

Next thing I know someones hand is on my shoulder saying my name.

“Alli? Alli wake up you’re having a bad dream.” I open my eyes to see Jackie standing over me.

“It was a dream? Thank God.” I says sitting up.

“What was it about?” She asks sitting beside me.

“Okay, well, Ashton wants me to move in with them in London, Toni too, and I was dreaming that when i told mom and dad they went off.”  I put my head in my hands.

“When were you going to tell me that Ashton asked you to move with them bitch!?” She asked lightly punching me on the shoulder.

“I haven’t fucking talked to you.” I was annoyed, and even if she was playing it wasn’t very funny.

“Hey now, calm down.” She put a hand on my arm. “I’ll be right back.” She disappeared into the kitchen, returning a few minutes later with a cup of tea. “Here, now tell me what happened.”

“I went to tell them and they got really mad at me. Telling me that I wasn't moving with them, and that I needed to find someone here.”

“For one, they aren’t that mean, and two, give me the details about you moving!” She said scooting closer.

“They want me and Toni to come live with them. Ashton said I could be their stylist, so I would have a job. I just hope they let it. It will give me a chance to explore.”

“I fully understand, so, are you going to ask me about me trip?” she asked with a huge smile on her face.

I look at her from the corner of my eyes. “How was your trip?”I asked plainly.
