It Started With A Follow.(Ashton Irwin)

They kept me at the hospital overnight just to make sure that nothing was wrong and Ashton never left my side. Kyle was arrested and apparently stabbed one of the officers, so he wasn’t getting out anytime soon. Unfortunately they were going to have a court case and I had to testify, but as of now all I was worried about was going home.

“Good morning beautifuls.” Michael said walking in with Starbucks, it was about 8:30 in the morning and Ashton was still asleep. “How are you feeling shorty?” He whispered handing me a cup as Toni, Calum and Luke walked in.

“Better, Ashton has been such a sweetheart.” I said looking over at him asleep on the couch. “I’m so sorry about the other night you guys.”

Toni sat on the edge of the bed and looked me in the eyes. “There is nothing for you to be sorry about. Kyle is fucking psychotic. There was no way to know about him coming after you. But how the hell did he know where you were?”

I let out a soft laugh. “Fucking Chris.”

“Woe wait, your brother?” Luke asked, his eyes growing wide, I nodded. “What a cock.”

“Right. I need to call mom and dad to tell them what happened.” I said reaching for my phone, still kind of weak.

Toni grabbed it and handed it to me. “I called them and told them what we knew, she told me to have you call when you get out.”

“They want to run a few more test on me today, but I should be able to leave tonight.” I say taking a sip of my coffee.

“Okay, how long has he been here?” She asked nodding her head over at Ashton.

“All night. He refused to leave, the nurses finally gave up and told him he could stay. He fell asleep at around 12:30 I think.”

“Have you been to sleep?” Calum asked from the chair that him Luke and Michael were sharing.

“For a few hours, they gave me something to help me sleep cause I couldn’t but it didn't really help.” I felt exhausted, but every time I tried to sleep all I could do was think of what would have happened if they hadn’t shown up in time.  “Thank you guys so much for showing up last night.” I started to cry a little. “Lord knows what would have happened if you didn't. I’m pretty sure he could have killed me.” I wiped under my eyes.

“Then we would have had to kill him.” Luke said flat. “You are like a sister to us, and we love you. Nothing will ever happen like that again to either of you.” He said looking from me to Toni and then back to me. “When is the court date?”

“I don’t know they said they would call me.” I shrugged.

“I’m going with you to that by the way.” Ashton raspy voice caused me to jump.

“Good morning sleeping beauty.” Luke said as Ashton gave him a tired smile.

Ashton walked over to the bed and gave me a kiss. “How you feeling?”

“Better.” I said smiling up at him.

“Good, I’ll be back.” He gave me another kiss and walked to the bathroom.

“So, Ash and I were talking last night and we agree that it would be a good idea to sell the house. Or just give it away, I’ll just have to find a place to put all my stuff, but I honestly don’t want to see that house again.”

They all looked at each other then back at me. “Well, we have a surprise for you when you come home.” Toni said with a smile.

“What is it?” I looked around at all of them but no one answered.
