It hadn't even been a full six hours yet, and I already missed everyone. The house was quiet, except for the little squeaks coming from Georgia, who was asleep on the other side of the couch. I didn't know what to do with myself so I had my laptop playing music and was playing FIFA on the Xbox, determined to get better before they came home. It must have been a sight, a pregnant woman sitting crisscross, playing xbox with a sleeping pig beside her. My concentration was interrupted by my phone ringing, it was Ashton.
"Sup buttercup?" I asked, pausing the game.
"Are you, are you playing Fifa?" He laughed.
I could hear Calum in the background, "Don't fuck up my score!"
"Maybe. How was your flight?" I asked, placing a hand on Georgia and rubbing between her ears.
He sighed, "Boring. Michael fell asleep on me, and he drooled."
"I DID NOT!" Michael yelled, laughing a bit, "Okay maybe a little."
"Anyway, how are you?" Ashton asked, I could picture him looking serious.
I absentmindedly shrugged. "I'm okay, I never realized how large this place was till you all were gone."
"I'm sorry sweetheart. Once we get settled on the bus I will FaceTime you okay? I got to go though, I'll text you."
"Alright." I sighed. "I love you."
"I love you more." He said before we hung up.
I grew tired of FIFA, so I started looking at the pictures Luke had brought back of the land he found in Australia. There was only two and the pictures took over the entire kitchen table, just big enough for us to get the feel of the land. I sketched out houses to see which one looked best, making sure to space them out enough to where we didn't have to drive to see one another. The boys had mentioned building a studio, so I added a building in the middle just for them. Now, I'm no construction worker or architect, but the houses were decant. It took about an hour and a half or so to finish both of them and I made a mental note to talk about it when Ash FaceTimes me.
It was late, so I made some dinner and turned on a movie, Georgia curled up beside my leg just watching me eat. It's weird how slow time goes when your alone, it's been so long since I've been by myself that it's strange. Yet again, my phone pulled me from my thoughts.
Ashy would like to FaceTime
Accept
"Hello beautiful, it's so good to see your face." His smile was so big it took over his entire face.
I blushed a little, "It's good to see yours too. How's the bus?" I asked, pausing my movie.
His eyes moved around looking behind his phone. "Roomy, here." His face was gone, replaced with a huge back lounge with two flat screens a play station and an Xbox. "I'll take you on the tour." He said, getting up and walking through the door. "The bathroom is pretty big, and the shower is actually in it this time." I laughed, the bus they had last tour didn't have a shower. "This, as always, is my bunk." He moved the curtain to show a nice sized bunk that held his laptop and blankets. "Luke's." Pointing at the bunk with the giant penguin. "Michael is asleep in his. And this is Toni and Calums." He walked forward into the front of the bus. Toni and Calum were eating, Luke was texting and watching a movie.
"Is that Alli?" Toni asked
"Hiii." I laughed.
"How's my child?" Calum called. Ashton flipped the camera around, blew me a kiss and then passed the phone to Calum.
