As suspect the next few weeks went by fast, the boys had turned in the designs they liked for the shirts and almost every show was sold out.

Matt wasn't to happy about having to change our flight but he understood. James had taken everyone's official statement and gone over that was supposed to go down. The boys decided to make their statements in the court room.

Court was in an hour and a half, and needless to say, I was nervous.

"You okay?" Ashton asked as I walked out of the bathroom.

I shrugged, "I don't know. Is this dress too much? What if I fuck up? What if they set him free and he tries something again?" I babbled, walking back and forth and smoothing my hands over my simple black dress.

"Hey," Ashton stopped me by turning me to him, using his first finger to lift my head up to look him in the eyes, "you will do fine. You look beautiful, and trust me he will never ever lay a hand on you again." He kissed my forehead. I was about to speak but there was a knock at the door.

"Guys, Toni poked her head in the room, "the van is here." Her hair was in a very tight sock bun, unlike mine that was in a high ponytail. She had on a similar dress, and bright red lipstick.

"You look fancy, fancy." I said trying to lighten my mood.

"Eh, James said dress nice, so I put on my Sunday best. You ready?" She asked as I grabbed my purse and headed to the door, Ashton close behind.

"As ready as I can be."

Thankfully, all of this drama has been kept to a minimum, Matt threatened to sue anyone who made any of it public, and he was serious, all anyone knew was that I had a crazy ex.

“Ah, good you guys are on time.” James said as we walked in, “No, just a warning, Kyles lawyer might be tough on you, and things might get crazy. But I need all of you to keep your cool. It wouldn’t look good to have any of you escorted out.” He said looking at us as we nodded. “Now, lets go in. Allison you sit with them until I call you up.”

James wasn’t kidding when he said things might get crazy. Kyle went on this long rant about how I was the crazy one.

“She broke into my house, stole from me. She was very verbally abusive, and some physical abuse as well. I couldn’t leave the house without telling her hounding me ‘When will you be back? Who will you be with? Where are you going?’ She was crazy. One time she even busted a beer bottle over my head. Right here.” He pointed to a scar on his head. “When I broke up with her, she was always trying to get back with me, always saying she knew I still loved her. I came to England to get away from her. But when she broke into my house, I had to restrain her from trying to kill me. I was in a blind rage, which is why I stabbed the cop, which I am truly sorry for. I honestly fear for my life with her around.”

I was in total shock. The jury seriously can’t be buying this shit, right? My hands were sweating, but that didn’t stop Ashton from holding them, even as I squeezed his hands. I zoned out, unable to listen to anymore of the bullshit spilling out of his mouth. I could tell my face was all shades of red, and I was more than pissed. Calum, Luke and Michael were the next people up, followed by Ashton.

“Mr. Irwin, What is your relationship with Kyle?” Sam, Kyles lawyer asked.

Ashton let out a small chuckle, “Really, we have no relationship. The only connection we have is Alli. From what I hear, and have seen, he is not a stable person to be out on the streets.”

“What do you mean by that?” Sam quizzed.

“Well, for one thing, he abused her, broke into her house and beat her.” Ashton started before Same cut him off.
