"It would appear that the villains behind the UA high training camp attack call themselves the League of Villians Vanguard Action Squad," a news reporter began, "The league was previously the starters of the USJ attack and the Hosu incident."

"The youngest victims in the training camp attack is reportedly the son of the Water hose heroes who was killed when facing against Muscular and Beloved's Gem,"

"It is clear that there is a problem with UA's training program," a person stated on another program, "If my child wants to become a hero, there is no way I want to enroll them in a school like UA high-"

The TV was turned off as Shigaraki chuckled at the reports on the television, happy at his work.

"I'm so grateful to the media, for the free publicity lately," Shigaraki said as he turned his head towards Bakugo and Serah, "Right, isn't it nice, Katsuki Bakugo and Serah Yagi?"

Regardless of his boasting, all Serah could do was just look at him and wonder how so much animosity could cloud his heart and if Beloved would come to save her this time.

She was annoyed by Shigaraki's attitude but decided to make the latter choice in reality, since the first alternate time ended with her being dead by Shigaraki's quirk.

"Why does Beloved have such a liking to you?" Shigaraki asked.

"It is because of her lineage," a dark voice entered the room as everyone remained still as the footsteps of the person they respected the most came into the room and stop right in front of the girl he so desperately desired, "I am a bit shocked to see that you would also be at the training camp at such a young age training...Beloved really must have really been desperate to get you to begin training."

"Are you the All for One?" Serah asked a bit devoided, not showing an ounce of fear, which caught his attention more and left those around confused.

"Precisely," All for One responded, "To have you in my grasp is what I wanted most."

"So now that you do have me," Serah questioned, "What do you want with me?"

"I could simply take your quirk but that couldn't be enough, especially since it probably hasn't manifested yet."

"Something that needed to remain a secret," Serah thought as she glanced at Bakugo to see he was blowing up again after being agitated by Shigaraki's annoying boasting. Honestly, she was grateful that he didn't hear this.

"I want to make you my pupil," One for All started, "Especially since your mother couldn't be mine."

"M-My mother?" Serah asked.

All for One chuckled evilly as he looked down at the now shocked girl that was looking up at him lost for words, "That's right, your mother, Beloved and your father, All Might."

Toshinori POV

"We have gathered some of our finest heroes here today," Tsukauchi said, "With the exception of being unable to contact Beloved."

"Wouldn't it be wise to get her to come here considering this is a crisis," Gang Orca asked.

"Then again her ideals match closely to that of the Hero Killers, so it could be that she is choosing not to participate in this fight," Best Jeanist stated, "Or simply she is angry with All Might to not care."

"Hm," All Might mumbled as he turned his head away from their guess.

"Regardless if she is here or not, the task remains at hand," Tsukauchi said. "Now that we are all here, we can talk strategy."

Serah POV

"I'll ask you one more time," Shigaraki said, "Katsuki Bakugo, will you join the league of villains."

Without hesitation, "Go throw yourself into traffic," was how Bakugo responded. But that statement caused Shigaraki to glare at the boy in front of him. He really didn't like that answer one bit.

Regardless of his confrontation, it couldn't be helped that the little girl that was captured besides him was simply lost for words at the idea that All for One revealed to her that her parents were, in fact, the world's greatest heroes. It did explain why her quirk was similar to that of Beloved. But then Toshinori claimed that he was her father and yet All for One stated that All Might was her father.

She was just confused about everything that had happened within these days and weeks before.

"Isn't this strange?" Shigaraki stated pulling Serah our of her thoughts and looking at him, "The heroes are starting to look like the bad guys, that's just horrible."

"The mood was changing and people are turning..."

"So much criticism," Shigaraki said, "But everyone makes a mistake or two right? It's not like they are supposed to be perfect, modern-day heroes have it rough. Don't you think Bakugo and Serah?"

"The only person I feel bad for is you," Serah said.

"How so little girl?" a frog person, she had come to know as Spinner. "Once a hero receives payment on saving people, they aren't a real hero anymore. That is what Stain's actions and Beloved's belief taught us."

"A hero in this current system," Shigaraki began, "Only cares about money and glory, and since society buys into those idiotic rules, anyone deemed a loser is shoved aside. So we want to pose some questions. What is a hero? what is justice? Is this society truly fair? That's when we have known we've won. And you like winning don't you? Especially you as well, Serah, being the child of two 'winning' heroes."

Katsuki glared at Shigaraki and soon looked to see Serah's head down at the situation. Even though he was acting explosive, he seemed to have caught on that Serah didn't reveal her quirk to them for a particular reason.

"Dabi, release Bakugo," Shigaraki ordered.

"You know he will attack right?" Dabi asked.

"He wouldn't because he should know he can't take us all," Shigaraki said, "After all UA students are so clever."

"Hey Twice," Dabi said, "You do it."

"I do apologize for our unruly method," Mr. Compress said while Twice was removing the cuffs, "But please realize we are not some unruly mob with a criminal act in mind."

"Even though our background is different, everyone has suffered," Shigaraki said, "From people, rules, etc. which are all meant to hold us back-I'm sure you understand-"

He was interrupted by Bakugo punching Twice in the face as he charged towards Shigaraki ready to fire an explosion at Shigaraki's voice.

"I am tired of here you talking or do you just love listening to your own voice," Bakugo said, " Basically you want to cause some trouble and you want me to join and groom that brat into a weapon, well screw you. I like you win! I wanna win just like All Might no matter what you have to offer me."

"That will never change do you understand!" Bakugo growled.
