I was so lost in my thoughts on my former bully and my current boyfriend that I didn't even know the challenge that those students were going to face. When I snapped out of it, I noticed that they were a bunch of kids and their teacher was struggling to get them in order.
"These kids are from Masugaki Elementary school with the exception of Serah over here who was asked by the school to lead by an example to these kids."
"What!" I thought to myself.
"Wait a minute!" Toshinori yelled as he rushed out of his chair and looked down and sure enough there was Serah following the teacher around, "Did you know about this Hana?"
"No...she told me to sign a permission slip and I did it-she lied to me!" I yelled out loud.
Serah turned around and smiled a bit scared as I glared down at her and then relaxed and smirked. Now that got her to wipe the smile off her face. See readers there is one thing that I forgot to tell you about Serah's quirk drawback, her quirk has no effect on me and any action taken by me...so-
"Serah, when we get home, your grounded...no My Hero's lover for a week," I said as I turned my head but I couldn't help but look at her and saw her face was heartbroken.

She was hurting, that much is true. Something inside of her was broken right now.I knew how intensely she felt given our quirks were connected and so it would be laughable for me to pretend that the deepest parts of her soul aren't crumbling right now because I just grounded her. No, I do not envy her heartbreak nor do I envy her sorrow but, she had to know, she had to remember – that lying was not the way of getting to places especially by using my quirk's drawback of being unable to make judgements. She didn't even ask Toshinori because now that he was quirkless and he recently tried to get her to stop her training, she knew he wouldn't be gullible and probably would have read the paper thoroughly and maybe even asked questions. She probably even got those answers through her quirk so she tried her luck with me.
"Mommy...please...don't-" Serah cried out as she extended her wings and flew towards my direction but I wasn't going to crack down on her giving me the puppy eyes, she needed to learn her lesson, "MOMMY!!!!"
"Hm."
"Woah...having Beloved as a mom must be tough," one of the kids mumbled as they were watching the scene before them.
"Mommy!" Serah cried as she flew herself into my chest and continued to cry her heart out.
"H-Hana, maybe a week was a bit excessive-" Toshinori suggested until I turned my head towards him and glared at him

That look got him to coward in fear, "Then again, she needed to learn her lesson for lying..."
"Hn."
I looked down at the little doll of a daughter as she looked up towards me with those deep blue hues but she was out of luck because as I said before, my quirk does take away my emotions and makes me more stotic. Therefore, her puppy eyes doesn't affect me and she knew which is why she began crying harder, but all I did was ignore her crying.
"Mommy please!" she begged.
"If you keep crying, I'll give you something to cry about," I said while looking out at the class as the students attempted to calm the kids down. Soon Serah calmed down and pushed herself off from you and onto Toshinori and began to push her face into his shirt as he was a bit confused. He soon took his hand and rubbed her head soothingly to hush her down. She was such a daddy's girl.
"Would have never taken you to be such a strict parent, Hana?" Endeavor commented, "Especially since you were so shy and innocent back in our U.A. days."
"A page I took from your book I guess," I replied, "But you did come to speak about my parenting skills, no...you clearly wanted to talk."
"That's right...I wanted to speak with All Might and having you here is a bonus because I wanted to talk with you as well," Endeavor said, "Just listen, the number of crimes committed in the last month went up 3% in comparison to the last few years, of course, I resolved more incidents than anyone else and besting my own personal records and even coming close to besting Hana's record and yet I can feel it. Some unseen thing that you built up in your prime, is beginning to crumble. What does it mean to be a symbol? That's what I want to know, All Might."
I turned my head for a bit and looked down at the field and noticed that the kids were winning against the student.
"Is it just me or are these kids super twisted?"
"Yeah!" Katsuki yelled, "That why a little violence is necessary."
"Bakugo," Shoto tried to reason, "They are just kids."
"Huh?" Katsuki said, "That's how I was raised and look I turned out awesome."
Now that got you to laugh while pointing at him. He grunted and turned his head and again began with the profanities your way while you continued to laugh.
"Shut up!" Katsuki yelled.
"You should be focusing on the fight and not on me, Kacchan," I teased as he grunted again and turned his head away.
That kid was something else and yet he was a really good kid.
"Look at him," Endeavor started, "I entrusted everything to Shoto, you know, I had already climbed to the number 2 spot by the time I was 20. And because I carved my own path, I understood, that there was no way I was going to reach the top. If I only wanted the title of number one I could have acted friendly, like you did...but no, I actually wanted to be number one and have someone like Beloved by my side as number one as well."
That irked Toshinori as he cradled Serah closer to his chest and grinned his teeth out of anger, "Talkative today, huh?"
"Cold...like ice." I thought as I sat between them.
"JUST ANSWER ME!" Endeavor yelled.
"What is the symbol of peace huh?" Toshinori began, "Heh, that's tough and I am not certain how to explain it to you. I thought this country needed a hero that can inspire them so I ran to that goal at full speed. My master told me about Hana the day I spoke with her in the park as she was running away from the top hero at the time and told me to get to know her and have her by my side, that was one of the best choices in my life. With Hana beside me supporting me and my goals, I wanted to be a light that was a beacon of hope as well as a warning, I swore that is what I would become so that I can protect everyone and protect Hana, and I never looked back. When you walked through the streets back then, everyone was on edge. All for One was actively searching for a girl with tremendous strength to recruit, Hana. No matter how many heroes there were, the crime rate never went down. Even more so than now, everyone was afraid. I ignored the kindness of the people around me, even more when Hana left me 5 years ago to protect me and protect our child in fear of what the world would do to her if her lineage and my reputation intertwined, abandon those dear to me to walk this path, maybe that was a mistake."
"Hm..." Endeavor ruminated.
"Listen Endeavor, I know the situation you are in and what's being said about you as well as the media trying to tie Hana's rejection and making false claims of her being with you," Toshinori stated, "There are many who cannot help but dwell on our differences, but you and I are not the same person. It was my decision to become a symbol but you don't have to do that. Instead, take the time to think about the type of hero you want to be."
"What about you Hana?" Endeavor asked.
"Tsk..." I thought to myself, like seriously why did he have to make me enter this chat, "but with all for one gone...What kind of hero did I want to become?"
