Author's Notes: I am kinda not going to be following the story line of the anime around Season 4...but don't worry I will go back and follow it again.
A few days later, Toshinori and I were still building up our relationship with one another. We were close to acting as one big happy family. Our kids were much happier and Serah was elated to have both of us around especially when her drama would come on and she would question us on every event that took place...considering that season 2 was based on the time Toshinori and I went to the states. Our twins were also growing up so fast and determine to learn so much.
Everything was finally perfect and right where it needed to be. If it could remain this way for a couple more months, it would time that Toshinori and I have the conversation of marriage and fulfil his last dream along side having more kids...in the near future.
But for now, we needed to focus on these kids walking towards us to get into the van: Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki. Principle Nezu had required that Present Mic, All Might, and myself bring them to the training facility for them to get their provisional license.
"Bubble gum why are you here with Present Mic and All Might?" Katsuki yelled while walking up towards me with that smug look on his face. Idk where he got that nickname from but it was original.
"We are here to take you to training," I answered, "you know since you suck and everything."
Katsuki tsk and soon blew up shortly, yelling a bunch of profanities my way causing me to laugh.
Meanwhile All Might and Present Mic were explaining the situation to Todoroki as to why Aizawa wasn't going to be coming today.
"Yesterday was an easy class room lecture for you," Toshinori started, "But I heard today was going to be far harder."
Soon Present Mic wrapped his hand around Katsuki, "Let's get the party started so you can go and get your licenses already my brothers."
From the look of Katsuki's face, I knew he was annoyed.
"We don't want to be late," Toshinori said as he walked over to me and grabbed my hand, "Come on, climb in."
My cheeks are suddenly kissed pink like a spring rose, the blooming color so cute against my skin. I looked away and fining a distraction elsewhere. It was so embarrassing when he acted this way with the PDA.
We quickly shuffled into the bus and I took my seat beside the window with Toshinori sitting beside me and the boys sitting in separate seats. Present Mic and Toshinori were speaking amongst themselves leaving me to think...yes-
"A thought is a screen, not a mirror; that is why you live in a thought envelope, untouched by Reality."
This delightful tale by Anthony de Mello underscores the message; life is a filter reflecting your innermost thoughts.
People consider their problems to come from outside conditions. They try in vain to change the world surrounding them in hope things will improve. This seldom works because their thoughts are out of alignment.
And yet at this very moment, all I could think about was everything that has happened in my life thus far. Every time I had the chance to ride any style of transportation, I was always allowed to letting it take me far away from my everyday life. The bus represents exotic ambiguity; it is a journey of no return toward the sublime unknown on the other side of the horizon. Thus, what the bus scene gives me was another layer of immersion; an additional other world within or rather beyond the initial other world.
But then what begs the question: why even ride the bus and not just fly over to the training center, which is what actually constitutes the additional other world? The answer lies in its quality as a transition towards the yet unknown, an in-between of ambivalence and uncertainty.
