Whenever someone says 'shy', I immediately think of the mimosa plant, the touch-me-not. Sometimes I thought that they were just shy, so I called them 'notice-me-not', as when people notice them, they are so tempted to touch the mimosa plant with the pink ball of fluffy flower on it...
That was literally the color of my face as All Might was holding our lunch in his hand and my hand in his other hand. It was quite peaceful...well it was now considering that 30 minutes ago it was a whole scene.

"The both of you are in my store!" the store manager yelled out like a fan boy, "You have inspired me so much All Might! And Beloved you are so cool to have swooped in and help All Might!"
"Uh..." I said as I watched the store manager shake the crap out of Toshinori which was quite funny.
"Seriously, there will never be another pro-hero like you both!" he cried, "It is such a tragedy that you retired All Might and that you only aid in rescues of large quantities, Beloved! Are you guys hungry? Here take some meat buns, a bento box and I read on your fan site Beloved that you love Taiyaki too! Here is some for you!!!!"
"Wow, thanks," Toshinori said as he held the the food in his hand and began to walk out but stopped when he noticed that I had bowed down at the store manager out of respect.
"Thank you for your kindness," I said, "Please accept our payment for the food, I understand that small businesses have a hard time thriving in these parts and I don't want you to be in the deficit because of you giving us free food. Please take this."
I pulled out more cash then needed for the food and placed it on the counter and smiled to see how stunned he was. I knew that he was actually grateful for it. I turned around and walked beside Toshinori to see he looked at me and smiled. It was one of the things he liked about me, often not thinking about myself but thinking about others.
"Goodbye," I waved at him and left the store with Toshinori as we both continued back towards the school to continue our lunch.
"Often thinking about others," he praised while smiling causing me to blush. Since that kiss, I had been a bit off. I mean you guys saw that Toshinori and I were at odds and I was purposely ignoring him because I thought he was still mad at me for rejecting his proposal...
"Toshi...are you still mad at me for not accepting the proposal?" I asked breaking the silence between us.
"I am furious," he replied which caused me to jump. I didn't expect him to be so blunt about it Then again, he went through years of my bullshit so I can see why he was mad but still, "I...all I wanted was to fight crime with you by my side, protect you, have a bunch of kids with you, and marry you. Most of those goals are accomplished except for the marrying part...but I understand where you were coming from," " he divulged truthfully.
"He did understand..." I thought.
"I knew you wanted to make sure that our kids were safe given that you were still considered to be a pro-hero and given my reputation," Toshinori said, "And the press keeps pairing you up with Endeavour as if you guys are lovers and then when Serah's doctor hugged you! Like who does that-"
That got me to laugh. Serah was spot on about him being jealous.
"What's so funny?" Toshinori poked causing you to laugh even more.
"Well, aside from knowing the fact that you were already jealous of Endeavor because his bullying to try and date me... Serah told me you were jealous of the doctor," I laughed, "But I don't see why since 1. he is way to young and 2. he was only healing my power levels. You need to ease up."
Now it was his turn to feel the embarrassment. This caused me to grin even wider and smile at him. This moment kind of reminded me so much of old times.
As quickly he was embarrassed, he flipped the script. While I was still distracted by my thoughts of the past was when I felt two arms wrap around me. That grin fell from my face and my eyes widened in shock as I realized Toshinori was embracing me. First he kissed me during the school hours and now he was hugging me! I was both excited and surprised, but then shock was settling in. Once the initial surprise had worn off, I reciprocated and wrapped my own arms around him.
I put my ear to his chest and heard his strong, steady heartbeat. Then I felt him run a hand through my hair. It made me feel very content and safe listening to his heartbeat, and feeling strong yet bony arms around me, while my hair was being caressed. These were the times that reminded me why I fell so hard for him in the first place.
He pulled away from the embrace as I was a bit fluctuating slightly.
"Just know that even though you are putting the safety of our kids before your own happiness, I will continue to fight for your hand in marriage," Toshinori declared, "I will marry you, Hana."
That got me a bit flustered.
There's a kind of blushing that shows the soul, a sort of compliment to the eyes and the delicate sweetness within. It shows a connection, that the smile and shyness come from some deep emotion... and that's a beautiful thing, that's something real and Toshinori was the only person able to bring that out of me.
"Well, let's eat before the meat buns get cold," I said pushing that marriage topic to the side and taking a seat at the row of chairs that were underneath the cherry blossom tree. Toshinori only grinned slightly as he sat beside me.
