With the weeks that followed, everyone seemed to be improving their quirks and costumes well. Honestly, the best improvement I had seen was with Bakugo. That kid is so eager to train under me to the point that he refused to work with Ectoplasm and just focus on perfecting his Ultimate Move.
By forming his hand into a circle and places it on his other palm. He then shoots his explosion through the circle in order to keep the attack focused on a fixed point
"AP Shot!" Bakugo yelled.
After, he apologized for his brazen behavior and became more focused when I gave him a directive. He seemed to be well on his way to being a pro.
"Glad that you have solidified tor fighting style," you praised as he continued to practice shooting his ultimate move while adding multiple special moves to his attack.
"Look how far you have come," I thought as his attack fired to the rubble of rocks.
"Haha! I did it!" Bakugo cheered.
I would be super proud of the fact that he had improved greatly within the 10 days of working with him. However, he seemed to be a bit careless in his attack. The rumble below him seemed to have cracked from the pressure of the attack and soon a huge chunk of it fell off, falling towards Toshinori.
"Hey watch out!" Bakugo yelled towards Toshinori as I swiftly charged towards the direction Toshinori was standing and jumped off the ledge. I glanced at my right to see Izuku jumping from the ground and kicking the rumble in multiple pieces.
"Smash!" Izuku yelled as the rumble destroys the falling wall with a single kick, however leaving the fallen pieces to fall.
"Vivication #7-Yasakani no Magatama--Kanseitai" I yelled as I released my hero form into something more bigger that formed around me and wacked the rumble away into different directions while I shielded against the remaining rumble in the way of both Toshinori and Aizawa.
"As little as a pieces of rocks and you reacted in such a way," Aizawa said looking at me with an unamused look. But knowing Aizawa well, he was amazed as he was with Izuku's attack.
I released my power to bring me back into my civilian form and glanced at Toshinori as he looked at me with shocked eyes. I feel like one day with all the things I keep popping out at him, he is going to die of a heart attack.
"Just like you acted to protect your students, I can't have my children fatherless," I replied casually while looking at Toshinori to see was unable to utter a word along with everyone one else in the room.
"U-Um, you okay All Might?" Izuku said, "That was close."
"Y-Yeah!" Toshinori said amazed at Izuku and yourself.
"Dude Midoriya, what was that?" Kaminari asked, "You swooped in and wasted that rock."
"And for Beloved to come in and display that type of power, " Kirishima said with tears of joy flowing from within, "For a woman, that was manly!"
"Are you sure you are alright All Might?" Izuku asked while running towards All Might to make sure he was truly okay.
"Yeah," Toshinori said with a smile on how impressed he was with the attack.
"Great job Midoriya, using your legs instead of your arms is quite impressive," I replied while walking past him as I turned my attention towards the envious Bakugo as he glared down at Izuku, but with that passion in his eyes to get better, I know he would work harder. As for the problem in the room, I turned my attention back towards Toshinori to see he was getting scolded by Aizawa.
"Yeah, I know," Toshinori said while looking at Bakugo, "sorry for the scare young Bakugo!"
Bakugo simply exploded and continued to work on his attack, "You watch yourself All Might!"
"And I would heed his warning," I added walking past Toshinori, "You have become a liability even in a place like this"
I knew me saying that would be something that irked him. But it was something he needed to realize was the truth now. He need to know and come in to terms with the fact that he was now a civilian who was quirkless and someone who needed to be protected.
"What was that power?" Toshinori asked while turning around to catch up toward me.
But honestly, that was something I didn't want to tell him just yet. All he needed to know was what he already knew, the basis of my quirk. He already knew more than most people in my life.
"Bakugo," I said ignoring Toshinori's question, "I can't help anymore today and I need to pick up Serah early for a doctor's appointment, however, you should continue practicing the move."
"But what about me preparing for the Provisional Hero License Exam?" Bakugo yelled out from the top.
"You still have a week before the test," I replied, "Plus, I know you will do great in the exam; however, if you don't do what I suggest then it can cost you the exam because there are students that will be better than you at that exam."
"Yeah, whatever," Bakugo said turning his back away causing myself to smirk at him and walk out of the building until I felt something brush my hand. I glanced down to see a bony hand edging towards mine ever so slightly.
I looked up and noticed Toshinori looking ahead while slipping his hand around mine until I felt the heat of his palm pressed against my own.
It was gestures like these that always reminded me that I was really lucky to have someone like him. Even in our new circumstances and he was now seen as a civilian, he was still my number one hero that was holding on to all of my desires unspoken or spoken, fulfilled or unfulfilled.
