Soon after, we went about our days which really didn't consist of any talking. He was quite distant from me since I left him with his fans while I was focusing on a definitive plan on how I can best protect our children if a serious threat ever came to be.

Today was no different.

Usually we started off the day with breakfast. A healthy breakfast for Serah and Toshinori, with Toshinori having a smaller portion due to his health conditions.

Once breakfast is laid out, the twins would walk up around this time and begin crying.

"Mommy! Mommy!" Serah yelled running down the corridor and straight to the kitchen right in front of me.

"What is it?" I asked while kneeling down to her level as she began to blush and act all shy...time like these is when I am reminded that she is truly my kid. She may have most of Toshinori's traits but she did inherit my quirk.
" are you going to train me later?" Serah asked.

"Well, we did pinky promise...right?" I asked back with a small wink.

"YEAHHHHHH!" She yelled as she ran around me causing me to laugh.

I swear when she acts like this though, it makes me think if Present Mic had some weird part in Serah behavior development but that was impossible considering that I have only slept with Toshinori ...but was it possible that hanging out with Aizawa, since he was good friend with Present Mic, must of somehow influenced my daughters behavior prior to her being born...I am over analyzing this way beyond the scope here.

"Um...Good morning!" Toshinori said while lifting his hand to say hi.

Honestly, after a few months you would have thought that we would be hugging and kissing but like I said...if has been very awkward between us. We would just keep our distance and would acknowledge each other ver much like acquaintances rather than as lovers.

"Uh...hi," I muttered, "breakfast is on the table for you both. Please begin eating without me, I need to feed the twins."

Before he could utter a word, I ran towards the twins room and shut the door. I sighed and walked towards the twins. It was a bit shocking to see that they were still asleep, especially since I did close the door very loud.

"My beautiful baby boys..." I mumbled while cradling their face in my hands, as they began to smile while sleeping.

Then again, someone one told me that babies smile in their sleep because they are listening to the angels whispering to them.

I leaned over their shared crib and picked them up as they readjusted themselves against my chest. I soon hummed and lied down in the bed that I had installed in the room for either myself or Toshinori to sleep in, if we needed to.

They lied on top of my body while I continued to hum to them. The humming helped to keep them at a much more calm state and have a much more deeper smile. On the flip side, their gentle snuffles and rhythmic rise and fall of their chest usually soothes me.

This was the fraction of peace I usually love to have when I can. Hearing them coo in comfort and be completely relax and have happy dreams is way more than what I can ask for as a mother. But it still didn't take the worry out my mind.

Sadly it was reality and it was something that no one could run from.

"Maybe in 5 minutes they will wake up..." I thought while looking at them until I heard the door opening to see Toshinori entering.

"I just wanted to let you know that I'll take Serah to school on my way to the school." Toshinori said.

"Um...okay," I replied simply.

"If you like I can drop her off and then come to pick you up so we can head out together," Toshinori offered.

"No thank you," I said while looking up at the ceiling while hearing the twins cooing in their sleep, "I haven't fed the twins yet so I am unsure as to when I will be ready."

"Um...okay," Toshinori said walking out of the room and closing the door very carefully to not wake up the twins.

"Can't you see we are drifting away Toshinori?" I thought to myself until I felt little movements on my chest. I looked down to see both of the twins beginning to open their eyes.

"Morning little ones," I said while raising them upwards as they giggled and began grabbing on everything they could touch on me, including yanking my hair with their pincer grip.

"Ow, Raion not so rough!" I whined causing them to laugh again and continue yanking on stuff. I wish I could just wake up and be full of energy just like that.

"Ba..." they both said.

Just the thought of then saying that babble had my breast engorged and swollen. That right there was their way of telling me good.

I placed the twins on each side of my arms then begins to remove the sides of my robe, revealing my breast and trying to place the baby's mouth into my nipple. The twins felt the tip of my breast as they put their mouth in, to suck the milk inside then drinks it hungrily and their little fists wrap around my breast with possessiveness.

I was watching them as they drank but yet their eyes stare up at the door. It was almost as if they were saying something to me or telling me that someone was at the door. By closing my eyes and looking through Serah's field of vision, I can see that it was Toshinori that was leaning against the door. I opened my eyes and glanced back down at the twins to see that their eyes were now focused on me.

Good?" You asks with a corner of my mouth lifted.

The twins watched me as a little bit of milk dribbles out of the corner of their mouth. I carefully wipes their mouth with the ends of my robe and smiled. These kids of
mine were something else.

I soon turned my grin into a full
blown motherly smile at my precious little twins, who adorably sucked at my breast with their doe eyes twinkled in satisfaction.

"Good?" You teasingly asks again.

This time, they slightly nod and chuckled in response and I smiled. They always remind me that even though Toshinori and our relationship is at an all time low right now...
we make pretty cute and smart kids.
