Toshinori POV

"How can someone like her be so beautiful and innocent and yet have so much weighed on her shoulders?" he thought

Toshinori looked at her covered in soot from head to toe while using the last embers of her quirk to heal the last child that he had just saved from the burning building that was nothing but smoldering remains.

The child eyes opened as she looked up at her in awe.

"Are you okay?" Hana asked.

She was unable to speak and quite honestly he could understand the child. It happened to him often when he would wake up beside her whether it be after a disoriented blur of impassioned, orgasm-inducing sexual enlightenment or to cuddle and talk about the ideas of just living. By looking at her,  he asked himself...how did he get so lucky?

"All Might!" Hana yelled getting his attention and out of his daydream, "Are you alright?"

"HA HA HA!" All Might bolster loudly, "I love how much you worry about me, Beloved but I am fine,"

Just by seeing your beautiful face by my side...I am fine.

"Hana is going to have a field day with you when she wakes up Toshinori," Tsukauchi stated as he looked at his heartbroken friend just sitting on the couch a bit lost at what had happened.

"How can she when Serah didn't even believe me ..." Toshinori said while looking bewildered at the fact that Serah really did what she did.

"W-Well," Tsukauchi started a bit confused on where to begin on this sensitive topic, "Even though she has your physical traits...she does have her mother's attitude."

"Y-Yeah she does..." Toshinori muttered a bit.

Now that made two important people that were out of his life. After those words left his mouth, Serah did what was not expected at all, shocking everyone. It was beyond words on what she did but what she said after was what haunted him.

"Regardless of the fact that she rejected you as a father, you should focus on the making sure Hana wakes up from her coma and make sure you maintain your image as the symbol of peace," Tsukauchi said.

"Yeah..." Toshinori said, "I guess you are right."

"Right now...I am going to make sure to write a great speech for your funeral when she wakes up," Tsukauchi said as he walked out chuckling.

"H-H-hey!" Toshinori yelled, "T-That's not funny Tsukauchi!"

"You knew exactly what you were getting into when those words left your mouth, " Tsukauchi yelled after.

"And you should be helping me by putting me in the witness protection program or something..." Toshinori mumbled.

H A N A' S P O V

"Everything going on and all I can do it remain in this state but yet I cannot think past the idea that me being hit by the car was not a mere accident but a deliberate plan...all I can do is hope and pray  Serah stays safe because I won't be able to keep her safe..."

S E R A H' S P O V

"Hey, Serah,"  Sansa asked, "Are you okay?"

But who would be okay after everything that happened in the past few weeks? But with Hana gone she was really alone and all she could focus on was the training that she was taught by her favorite hero.

"Everything Toshinori told you-"

" I don't believe him," Serah mumbled, "And I am not sorry for what I did either,"

"I understand but that power you displayed...how did you get to be strong at your age?" Sansa asked, "Is Hana training you to handle your quirk?"

"Yes,  her and Beloved is," Serah said, "They said so that if Beloved isn't around to protect me that I can have the basic self-defense."

"They thought right for you," Sansa said, "And I think it would be best for you to continue training by going to the training facility with the UA hero students that are currently there for summer camp training. What do you think?"

Serah looked at him with the utmost excitement in her eyes. To her, this was time for her to get stronger and stop relying on her favorite hero to come to her aid every time.

"YEAH! Let's do it!" Serah cheered.

"I will make arrangements for the heroes at the facility to make sure you are safe."

To Serah, this was an opportunity of a lifetime! To have the opportunity to train at Hana's alma mater at the age she was at and to make sure she remains true to her idol's training regiment while practicing to manifest her quirk to the highest ability."
