Moving around the kitchen quickly you check the pot of soup on the stove top before making sure the garlic bread isn't burning.

"Love do ya need any help?"

"No babe I got it just stay out there and relax."

You call back wanting Fergal to take it easy you wanted his day off to be relaxing rinsing the dishes off you dry them before putting them away. As you step around the island you slip falling on some water you didn't notice on the floor.

"Ah fuck!"

You curse groaning as you hold your back you lay there for a few minutes trying to collect yourself Fergal comes in leaning down to check you over.

"Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I'm just annoyed I didn't spot the water and my back hurts a bit."

"Come on let's get you to the couch I'll get the soup and bread for you."

He presses a kiss to your forehead taking you into the lounge letting you sit down before getting your lunch. Eating in silence for a few minutes you notice Fergal looking at you with a slight smile on his face.

"What is the soup okay?"

"It's great I was just thinking about something."

"Like what?"

"I've never heard you curse before."

"Oh sorry about that it was a in the moment thing."

"S'fine I thought it was kinda hot."

Rolling your eyes you shove his shoulder lightly shaking your head as he starts laughing kissing the back of your hand.

"I didn't think I'd ever get to hear those pretty lips say anything vulgar."

"Wait till I start using it in the bedroom."
