Two years later...

KAN I'm so fuckin' grateful for my ex 💕.
I chuckled as I read the caption. I shake my head.
That she is.
I gave her 6 kids. 7 if we count Jeremiah 😩.
The twins are turning 14 in 3 days and I am scared shitless. My oldest boys...they're really growing on me.
Kimberly has decided to throw a birthday party for the boys. She decided to have it be Dallas Cowboys themed. I'm more surprised at the fact she invited me. I received an invitation to the party about two days ago.
After some very strong convincing, I found a way to convince her to stay in Dallas. I literally cannot believe she was really planning to move to Cali. She must be out her damn mind.

I pull up to her house. I park in the driveway, getting out with the boys gifts in my hands. I walk up to the front door, ringing the bell. Nicole ended up opening the door.
"Hey Nic." I say.
"Daddy!" She replies.
She wraps her arms around my waist. I smile, patting her back.
"I missed you daddy." She said, looking up at me.
"I missed you too princess." I say.
I bend down, kissing her forehead. I furrow my eyebrows.
"Smile." I say.
She does so, showing me a mouthful of silver braces.
"Nic." I say.
"Surprise." She said.
She's growing too. She's about 4'11" now.
What did I miss? My baby girl isn't a baby anymore. She has braces. BRACES. She's 12 and tall.
Oh my lord.
She lets me in, closing the door behind me.
"Where's your mom?" I ask.
"She's in her room." She replies.
I nod. She leads the way to Kimberly's room. She knocks on the door before opening it.
"Mom?" She said.
"Yes Nic?" Kimberly replied.
"Daddy's here." Nicole said.
It was silent for a while, before Nicole opened the door completely. I made my way into the room, seeing Kimberly with Cameron on the bed.
"Hey." I say.
