Things have been rough for you and Henry. He's spending more and more time working away from home and you think it's just so that he can get away from you. You're hoping that's not the case but after all, he did say so himself in one of your heated arguments together. Your arguments have been at their highest most frequent point in your entire relationship, and you can never have a conversation without getting into one. You were just glad that he was gone because your mind could finally be at ease from all the bickering. Just as you had felt that relief the front door had opened and in came Henry. Mentally you became stressed again and headed out of the living room and up the stairs. "There she goes running again." You heard Henry mumble under his breath. "Please, Henry do not start tonight." He just scoffed and placed his jacket and keys on the coat rack and inside the key bowl on the shelf by the front door. "Don't worry, I don't have anything to say to you." He replied. You stopped in your tracks on the stairs once again and sighed. You could feel it bubbling up inside of you to lash out but you kept your cool. "Would you just stop? I'm tired of this, I really am." You said. You were expecting for him to reply as he so often does but he didn't say anything and so you continued on your way to the bedroom since you knew he wasn't going to follow you. When you got there you just sat on the bed because honestly, you had no idea what to do with yourself. The man whom you have loved for four years was just down the stairs but you felt so distant from him. It felt like there was a stranger in your house and you had to keep yourself away from him to feel normal. But even when you did that you didn't feel right. You could hear Henry walking up the stairs and decided to lay further up on the bed before he came in, so that's what you did. You backed up to the top of the bed and placed your head on your bedside pillow. Soon after, Henry was coming around to that side of the bedroom because that's where the closet was. And you faced it. Upon seeing him irritation ran over you. But not because he was there. It was because even though he was there you wanted to be closer. The man that stood before you was not the man you fell in love with four years ago. You wanted him back but you felt like that was out of reach. You wanted so badly to have that connection with Henry again but it just wasn't there. Or so you thought. "Why are you staring at me?" He asked. You removed your gaze from him and turned on your other side so that you wouldn't face him. "So you're ignoring me again?" There was a slight moment of disappointment in his voice and it confused you. You just didn't see a need to respond to him. "I wasn't staring at you." You said. "Kind of looked like it." He responded with a very subtle chuckle. You just shook your head. Was he trying to joke with you right now? Is what you thought to yourself. Maybe you could return the reaction just to see. "Maybe you should get your eyes checked." He chuckled again and suddenly a warm spot hit you inside. That made you feel good. Your joke and his response. This type of vibe hadn't happened between you and Henry in some months. Maybe this was the start of what was meant to be between the two of you.

It took me longer to write this imagine than any other one I've done. I'm not quite sure if I'm going to continue with my other book of Henry, 'Surrender' I just don't know where to go with it right now. I'm having serious writer's block with this book as well. If I could get some of you guys to send me some ideas I would love that and definitely try my hardest to keep up writing this book for you all. Love every single one of my reader's xx
