A/n In this story, Spiderman never got involved in Civil War and has ultimately never met any other heroes besides Matt and Wade.  He built his own suit and Karen. Homecoming still happened just no Tony Stark or May finding out. No field trip like in Infinity War.

Peter didn't know what was happening. They had been in an assembly for the school and the principle was giving them a lecture. He sat with his back on his back, heavy with all the things inside.
Suddenly, Peter felt his Spidey-sense try to warn him of something.
Peter looked around but could see nothing wrong. He turned to Ned with wide eyes and suddenly, there was a scream.
His Spidey-sense was throbbing now, as he turned to look at Betty. She stared at the empty space next to her, ashes in its place where Abe once sat.
His Spidey-sense was overbearing now as more people turned to ash. He became disorientated and clutched his stomach in pain.
"Ned? I don't feel so good."
Ned turned to him with wide eyes as Peter collapsed onto him and clung to him.
He could feel himself begin to disintigrate and desperately clung to his best friend. He felt every cell of his body fight to survive but he knew his super healing wouldn't be able to stop what was happening.
"I don't wanna go. Please, Ned, I dont wanna go."
There was chaos around them, as teachers and students turned to ash. He could hear cars crashing and more screams outside the building. He hoped May was safe.
When Peter looked around, he saw how others just disappeared while he suffered, and he was just glad they weren't going through what he was.
He felt his best friend hold him as he disappered in his arms.
"Stay safe, Ned. Look after May."
He felt his healing factor working to no avail and knew it was time.
"I'm sorry."

................. (_ _) .○°  (name me).................

When he woke up, he wasn't sure where he was. There was silence from all around.
He was on an orange land, no, lake? Whatever it seemed to look like a body of water but acted like  The sky above was orange as well. Just a place with an endless horizon.
There was nothing. No plants, no buildings, no people. He was scared and he didn't understand what was happening.
He wanted to find someone else. Whether it was someone from school or an absolute stranger, he needed someone.
"HELLO!? IS ANYONE THERE!?"
He yelled at the top of his voice. No one replied. No surprise.
He started walking, hoping to find someone. Occasionally, he would heel out. He walked for what felt like hours until he starts to loose hope.
He re-adjusted the straps on his bag which had, somehow, made it with him.
"Hello!? Anybody?!" He yelled in desperation. He hung his head, ready to give up.
"Hello?" He heard a male voice say faintly. His head shot up and he looked around. In the distance, he saw a single person.
The person started to walk towards him and he walked towards them. As he got closer, he saw the person was wearing a tunic, red cape and had a goatee. He walked with an elegance and, while there was no wind, his cape seemed to move.
When they got to a respectable distance from one another, the man stared at him with calculating eyes. Peter felt like the man was looking into his soul and picking apart his mind.
He shifted uncomfortably and the man blinked and stopped staring. He held out his hand, and Peter noticed how it was shaking slightly.
"Doctor Stephen Strange." He said in greeting. Peter took his hand and shook it.
"Peter Parker." His voice was shaky and hoarse, and Dr. Strange looked at him with a bit of sympathy in his eyes.
That was when Peter noticed that Dr. Strange had a deep cut on his face. He had had to stitch many of his own injuries and decided to see if he wanted help.
"Um, I can help you with the cut on your face? If you want?" He gripped the end of his sleeves and silently cursed himself for sounding like a scared little kid.
He was supposed to be Spiderman, for God sake! The man however gave a nod.
"Alright." He sat down and Peter sat opposite him and took out the first aid kit he always kept in his bag.
He grabbed some antiseptic wipes, a needle and some thread.
He started to wipe at the cut as most of the blood had dried by now.
"So, are you a superhero?" He asked. Honestly, the man had that sort of aura surrounding him. Not forgetting the cape thing he had going on.
"No. I'm a Master of the Mystic Arts." He replied, flinching slightly as Peter inserted the needle.
"So, like a wizard? Can you do magic? Do you have a wand or any magical artifacts that can come alive?" Peter said excitedly, making sure not to jostle the needle.
Dr. Strange gave a sigh, but also looked slightly amused at Peters excitement.
"I'm not a wizard, I'm a sorcerer. Yes I can do magic. No I don't have a wand. Yes, the Cloak of Levitation is a magical artifact that can come alive, as you put it." That was when the cape moved and the collar seemed to... wave? At him. Cool.
He tied of the thread and put his first aid kit back in his bag.
Dr. Strange got up and Peter put his bag on and followed his example. Dr. Strange watched him as he got up and waited until he was fully standing.
"Lets go. We must find any other Avengers or Guardians." Peter stared in shock at him.
"You know the Avengers?!?!" He nearly shouted.
"No, I've met Stark, however I believe in our close proximity, it is only other heroes or ones who know heroes." He looked at him suspiciously.
"It is why I was wondering why you were here. Do you have any idea?" Peter blushed and needed to come up with an excuse. Or just tell him the truth.
"W-well. I-uh-I." C'mon Peter, think. What would Matt do. Matt. Matt!
"I know the Daredevil. He's a vigilante in Hells Kitchen. We met by accident."
Yeah. Team Red all the way. He decided not to say anything about Deadpool because that would be harder to explain.
Dr. Strange raised an eyebrow like he didn't believe him but didn't mention anything.
For now, they just started walking, looking for signs of any other heroes or Guardians? Peter didn't know who they were, but they must be good guys if Dr. Strange wanted to find them.
They kept walking until they saw a group of four. What Peter saw nearly made him faint.

Okay. I guess we're doing another mini-series again. Anyway, hope you enjoyed.

Until the next update.
