A lot of people tend to confuse dysmorphia with dysphoria, which can cause them to believe that they are trans, so I'm going to break it down in the best way that I can.

First, just because you don't like having periods or big breasts doesn't mean you're trans. It's probably actually dysmorphia. (also most people, at least that i know, dont like having periods) Also liking masculine things when you're AFAB doesn't mean you're trans.

Dysmorphia is when you're uncomfortable with certain aspects of your body, including your face, chest, etc. The DSM-5 categorizes it as an obsessive disorder.

Dysphoria is caused by a disconnect between your gender identity and your assigned gender. The easiest way to describe it is that you feel as though you were born as the wrong gender and in the wrong body. For example, you could feel as though you should have masculine features, such as a deep voice and facial hair and maybe even a dick, and want to be seen as male.

There's a whole debate over whether or not dysphoria is needed to be trans. I'm not going to say my view, but I will point out that if you see experts about this then 99% of the time they will say that you need it to be trans.
Emphasis on experts as in actual doctors who deal with this for a living and not internet personalities and shit that Bex Taylor-Klaus calls sources. (Though in their defense one of them was trans)
