Estrogen can be taken in three ways. It can be taken by injection, through a pill, or with skin treatments.
Anti-androgens (testosterone blockers) may also be prescribed.
Voice: Your voice will not change from feminizing HRT. You can do voice training to get your desired voice.
Hair: Your hair will be a little thinner but it will also be more healthy.
side note: beards are not always affected by HRT. You can fix this with electrolysis or laser treatment.
Chest: You're probably going to grow breasts, and you may not get past a B cup. If you want something larger, you would have to get top surgery.
The breasts you grow may be uneven. That's normal in natural breasts.
Skin: Your skin will become more soft.
Genitalia: Putting Estrogen into your body will cause you to have difficulty getting erections or to have no erections at all.
Your testicles may decrease in size because of Estrogen. Your sperm count will also decrease
Fat Redistribution: Your body fat will redistribute to give your body a more feminine appearance. It will collect around the hips and waist.
Body mass: Your muscle mass and body strength will decrease.
Sex Drive: Estrogen decreases your sex drive, which is awesome if you don't like sex.
