So here I am again at 3:30 AM, because I thought that I would provide some terminology that I think not a lot of people know about.
Detransition: When someone stops Hormone Replacement Therapy or transitioning and go back to the way they were before, usually because they've realized that they're cis. It's okay to detransition because of that.
HRT: Hormone Replacement Therapy; the process of going and being on hormones, whether it's testosterone or estrogen. Refer to chapters 9 and 10 for the effects of testosterone and estrogen, respectively.
MLM: Man-loving-man
T4T: A trans person who only dates other trans people.
TERF: Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist. Their feminism does not include trans people. They typically think that trans women are men trying to invade women's spaces, and that trans men are traitors to their assigned sex.
Transmedicalist: A person who believes that being trans should be medicalized. Often shortened to transmed. Usually a truscum.
Transtrender: Someone who fakes being trans, either for attention or because they're confused. Usually for attention.
Truscum: Someone who believes that you need gender dysphoria to be trans. Science. Coined by a cis girl on Tumblr who pretended to be trans, short for "true transsexual scum."
Tucute: Someone who believes that you don't need gender dysphoria to be trans. Usually a teenage girl that thinks she's trans because she likes masculine things. Girls typically want attention at that age. Coined by the same cis girl on Tumblr that pretended to be trans, short for "too cute to be cis."
WLW: Woman-loving-woman
