15 - Dysphoria and Tips

Dysphoria is when you feel discomfort with your assigned gender. Here are some tips to help alleviate dysphoria. 

⭐ Use  products of your gender. 

⭐ Write or mentally narrate your life in third person. (He went to school, She walked to the park) 

⭐ Shower in the dark so that way you don't have to look at your body 

⭐ Shave your peach fuzz on your face. 

⭐ Try distracting yourself with something. 

⭐ If you have to wear a dress/suit you could pretend you're a secret agent or something idk 

⭐ (FTM) I personally wear tampons because i find that pads just scrunch up and make me feel gross but with tampons theyre not as messy and you forget theyre there 

 (FTM) If you want to keep your peach fuzz and make it appear darker, take some mascara and put some on your peach fuzz. You can also put some on your eyebrows to make them look thicker. 

Also if you ever feel dysphoric about your height just remember that there are tall cis women and short cis men out there. Like Kevin Hart. Kevin Hart is like 5'2"
