Some trans people get bottom dysphoria, which is where you get dysphoria with your genitals. There are different ways to deal with it.
If you're MtF, you can deal with your bottom dysphoria by doing what's called tucking. It's where you basically hide your junk between your thighs to make it appear as though you have a vagina. You can do this with compression shorts, I think you can get some from Target.
If you're FtM, you can do what's called packing. It's where you create a bulge and make it appear as though you have a dick. You can buy a packer online, or if you can't buy one yet, you can make one. Some people use socks, though I don't like the sock method.
About the actual packer, I have to warn that without context it looks like a dildo. I have to buy a packer myself because my dad thinks that packers are dildos. The difference between a packer and a dildo is that dildos were designed to be hard, whereas a packer is used to alleviate bottom dysphoria and are often soft.
