I had my first endo appointment. The process of this appointment is different for every place, but I will explain the process of my appointment.
I'm doing my HRT though Planned Parenthood. Since I'm eighteen and I was a new patient, I had to sign release forms. Then when they got me in the office, they took my blood pressure and they asked about family history and anything that I have or suffer from. Then they drew blood to get my hemoglobin levels. Then they gave me a packet that described everything that testosterone does to you and they have you sign on it, so you give informed consent.
My next appointment with Planned Parenthood is going to consist of them teaching me how to inject myself.
