Luna's POV I wake up and see it was 6:30 in the morning. Geez I can't sleep in. I look at my hubby who sleeping peaceful with his arms around me. I slip out of his arms and wrap my dressing gown around me before heading to the kitchen to make my breakfast and a bottle for Junior. I put the tv to see what's happening on the news. As I listen to the news, I begin to prep for the picnic that me and Lucas Sr planned to take Lucas Jr on. I have no idea on where we're having it but I know if I prep the basket, nothing wouldn't be forgotten.
As I'm prepping the basket, i hear Junior start crying. I grab his bottle and as I got to the top of the stairs, I see Lucas Sr exiting our bedroom. "Morning love." Lucas Sr yawned. I kiss him and walk with him to Jr's room. "Morning baby boy." I said kissing his forehead. "You hungry?" I asked him. He cooed. I pick him up and start feeding him. I see Lucas grabbing a diaper and wipes. I finish feeding him and Lucas Sr takes Jr and helps burp him. "Come on little man, let it out. It's okay, we all burp. Just ask your uncle." He said. I snorted. "Did you just snort? I haven't heard you snort since our last date." Lucas Sr said. Jr babbled. I shook my head as I grabbed clothes for Jr. "Since I'm changing his diaper, I'll change him into his clothes." He said. "Thank you sweetie." I said.
A few hour later Lucas Sr's POV I'm driving us to the spot where I picked for our picnic. The beach. It has meaning to me and Luna. Some of our best memories are at the beach. Even long before we started dating. "Hey remember our first trip to the beach together with our friends and Jimmy when we were teens?" Luna said. I definitely do. "Yea I do. Jimmy told a few guys off including me for staring at you too long when we saw you in a bikini. Though Jimmy slapped me on the back of the head while Marty laughed." I said remembering the trip. The beginning of the guys encouraging me to ask her out. Yes that's how long the encouragement went for. "Yea. Thank goodness I wasn't the only girl that day. Surely he didn't hit you that hard cause I remembered him lecturing me for wearing it." She said. "If it makes you feel better, anything you wear is beautiful. I do love your dress." I said to her. It's beautiful.

A navy blue dress with white floral print. "You know what a Jimmy lecture is like." She said. I nod. She looked at Junior. "Baby boy, I'll make sure that Jimmy never lectures you or your daddy will put him in a weird submission." She said to him. I heard him squeal which made me smile. I continued to drive while talking about what we did for New Years. Turns out to be very different. Her and Junior watching movies with the pets while I was with Jimmy and the Suzuki Gun boys. As fun as it is hanging with the guys but I wish her and Junior were with me though. But Luna had her tournament and needed to stay focus. Plus with how busy I was, Junior coming to Japan wouldn't have been a good idea. There's more shows this year they will make it to aka G1 Climax and the London show.
We make it to the beach. I get the basket while Luna got Junior out of the car. I grab her hand when I caught up to them. We walk down the path and felt the sand between our toes. We set the blanket down and place Junior on it. "Feels good to be at the beach again. Even if it's not the right season but hey we have the sun today." Luna said smiling. I lay on the blanket as Junior was placed on top by Luna. "Hey buddy." I said and then this happened. "One Two Three" I look to the side and see Luna laughing. "Wait did you plan that?" I asked in mock shock. "Don't know what you're talking but our son gets a title shot once he starts training and I'm making sure he beats you." She said laughing. "Junior, we're only being a tag team. Your mummy is just being naughty. Don't cheat that's bad." I said to him. I heard her fake cough something. Probably bullshit.
As the day went on, we relax and ate while telling Junior stories of us at the beach including when he was in Luna's belly on her birthday. Once it hit mid afternoon and junior had fallen asleep, we decided it was time to head home. Junior was asleep the entire trip back.
"Remember that time when I caught you sneaking out of your window cause you wanted to go to a party but you were grounded cause of a prank you did on Jimmy." I laughed. "Hey I would have made it to that party if you didn't yell 'HEY LUNAMOON, WHY ARE YOU CARRYING OUT OF YOUR WINDOW' and having Jimmy open the door to make me fall." She said crossing her arms. "You were lucky that I caught you. You could have hurt yourself." I said. "Thank you Lucas. You were the perfect prince charming that night to fall on." She joked. "You're welcome." She shook her head. "What about the time, I came to visit you and meeting your mum for the first time and her saying 'oh this is the famous Luna that you talk about. Oh lucas you are right about her being beautiful. Hey Luna I'm Lucas' mum. Just call me mum.' That was so funny seeing you so awkward." She laughed. I groaned at that memory. "Thank goodness you were clueless back then about dating." I laughed. "Hey. I'm your wife remember. Plus I wasn't that clueless." She laughed. "I love you but it took you years to realise that I love you more than a friend." I said remember those years of hiding those feelings. She grabs my free hand and planting a small kiss on my hand. I smiled. "I was an idiot and too blind to realise my true feelings for you. Probably explains why I date those dickheads." She said. I smiled. "Least we're together and happy now. I mean look at our lives. A healthy child, a good home with pets and getting to live our dreams. We quite fortunate to live our dreams and have the life we have." I said pulling up into our driveway and stopping the car to turn it off. "I know. I'm happy with my life cause of you two. I don't want to change that fact. For richer or poorer. In sickness and health, I'll always love you two." She said saying our vows. I smiled and kissed her. I'm so lucky to have her in my life. "For richer or poorer. In sickness and health. You are the queen to my heart." I said after pulling away. She smiled and a bit tearful. We get out the car and grab the basket and Junior.
We put Junior to bed and walk to the backyard and lay on the same blanket looking at the sunset. Luna cuddles into me and says this "Moments like this makes me grateful for everything in my life. Thank you Lucas."
