It was finally a school day and the day of their read through for Phantom of the Opera.
Ramin woke up and got dressed. He put his hair up in a ponytail, and placed his glasses on his face. He picked out a soft gray sweater, some jeans, and some shoes to match. Once he was happy with his look, he grabbed his stuff for school, then walked out.
He greeted Sierra who was set and ready to go. They walked to Sierra's car, and drove to school bursting into song with Sierra's amazing Spotify playlist.
They got to school and went through the day without many complications. Although, it still swarmed in Ramin's mind that Mandy would attend their school very soon. That she had moved all the way to America for him.
It was after school that their first rehearsal for their show would take place. They all walked into the choir room, and they all received their sheet music and scripts. They all sat around in a circle and began to rehearse. As they went through it, Ramin realized that Anna O' Bryne, the girl he had seen at the cafe, was there. She was casted as, to his surprise, Meg Giry. Of course, he thought Sierra was talented and worthy of the role of Christine, she would be extremely talented to play her as well.
Tam was also found in the room, casted as Piangi. Ramin found it a bit ironic considering he was dating Sierra. She had told him a few stories on how he treated her, so "killing" him would be fun for Ramin to witness.
As they rehearsed, Ramin quickly found out that they had an outstanding cast. Even Tam was extremely talented. The director picked great people to play the roles given, even though Ramin felt he didn't deserve the Role of the Phantom.
Ramin sat in between Hadley and Sierra, but caught glances of Anna staring at him from time to time. She was defiantly beautiful, anyone could admit that. Maybe it was because they were both two people from different countries, moving to America that Ramin found fascinating about her. It was true they had a non verbal connection.
Time went on in the rehearsal, and it nearly quickly came to an end. Tam insisted that Sierra ride with him, leaving Ramin without a ride. In spite of this, he got a ride with Hadley, leaving a little bit after Tam and Sierra left.
On the way, Ramin and Hadley stopped at a small fast food restaurant, junking up on some greasy food. However, Ramin stuck to eating a salad. If he was going to have a title role in the school musical, he had better look the part.
Later on, Hadley's run down car pulled into Ramin's driveway. When looking in Sierra's driveway, he recognized Tam's car. Ramin could tell they drove separately since Sierra's car was there too. The dark haired iranian couldn't help but feel his blood start to boil slightly. He was jealous.
Hadley left, leaving Ramin in his house. His parents were both not home, along with his brother. He walked up to his room, setting his stuff down next to his desk, flopping down on his bed. Ramin, then, pulled out his phone, looking at different gym memberships, seeing which gave more for a lower price.
As much as he didn't want to admit it, Ramin felt self-conscious about his body. He didn't let that bother him though. The high schooler was determined to make a difference with his thin body and build up some muscles.
Finally, he found one. It included a few professional personal trainers that would help increase his skills immensely. Ramin was defiantly going to make this year a good one.
Once he signed up, he placed his phone down for a moment. He planned to go at least two to three times a week, also doing his own workouts at home.
Afterwards, Ramin got up to shower. While inside, he couldn't help but have 'Point of No Return' stuck in his head. He blared out the notes, singing his heart out. It made him even more excited to know he was going to do his favorite show.
He, then, got out, drying himself off. After that, he placed the towel around his lower body, walking out of the connected bathroom and into his room. To his surprise, Mandy was on his bed. Letting out a loud scream when seeing her, he covered his junk on instinct, "What're you doing here?" He asked sternly.
"I'm here to see you of course. Your brother just got home, so I asked if I could come in." She started to explain, "He told me I could, so here I am."
Blushing deeply of pure embarrassment, Ramin pulled on a white tee shirt, grabbing some boxers and sweats from his drawers. He ran back into his bathroom, coming back out dressed, "Why are you here?" He asked quickly.
Mandy got up, walking towards him, "I wanted to see you, silly." She responded, twirling her dark locks.
"Mandy you need to get out. This is an invasion of privacy." He warned, getting closer to her.
"It isn't if your brother said I could come in." She responded, getting on the tip of her toes to be nearly eye-to-eye with him.
Ramin walked away, finally, "Get out."
"But why-" she started, getting quickly cut off.
"Out of here Mandy. Or else. I don't want to see you."
Tearing up, Mandy ran up, and Ramin jumped into his bed, checking his phone once more. When he realized Sierra didn't text him back, he put it down, turning off his lamp.
He looked out the window, watching Mandy's car drive away, and Ramin saw Sierra through his window, talking to Tam. Shaking his head, Ramin finally went to bed.
