You woke up in bed not remembering how you got there and feeling a bit queasy. You were excited to be done with this pregnancy, though you had a long, long way to go.

You walked groggily down the stairs dreading the rest of the unpacking that needed done before your friends arrived at three. You were shocked to see everything completely in order and Dean passed out on the couch. Tears sprang to your eyes and you woke him up with a light kiss.

"Did you do all of this last night?" you asked trying to keep your emotions under control.

"Mhm." Dean sat up and pulled you down beside him. You happily relaxed into his side, closing your eyes in contentment.

"How late were you up?"

He softly laughed. "You don't want to know."

You frowned and sighed. "You didn't get any sleep," you stated without question. It was Dean. Of course he stayed up all night to get the work done. He was always putting you first and making sure you could be as relaxed as possible. "Thank you for doing all of that."

"Of course." He placed a quick kiss on your nose and stood up. "Want some eggs and bacon?" he asked standing from his seat.

You shook your head and stood up, pushing down on his shoulders until he sat down again. You stayed up all night. Get some more rest. It's my turn to do something for you."

You went to work in the kitchen thinking about how lucky you were to have Dean. You didn't suppose most guys would do what he did for you, and it made you so thankful that he was a major part of your life.

As you were cooking up the eggs and frying the bacon the smell started to become sickening and your stomach churned more than it was when you woke up. You piled Dean's plate high with both your serving and his and took it to him in your new living room.

The smell woke him and he quickly st up and grabbed the plate with thanks as you sat down, holding your upset stomach.

"Wow this is a lot," he commented. "Are you not eating?" He looked over at you.

You shook your head, feeling too miserable to speak and a little concerned if you did you would be sick.

"Morning sickness?" he asked.

You nodded and curled into a ball on the couch, resting your head on Dean's leg. He set his plate on the coffee table and ran his hand through your hair.

"Do you want me to eat in the kitchen?"

"No. I think I'm going to soak in the bathtub for awhile."

Dean helped you to your feet and kissed your forehead. "If you need anything just holler."

You nodded and trudged up the stairs, suddenly feeling like a load of bricks was sitting on your shoulders. You drew  a bath and crawled in, almost dreading the baby shower you were once so excited for.

It was ten minutes before everyone was supposed to be at your new home. You were still feeling a little rocky, but much better than you were before. You were setting up some snacks in the kitchen and Dean was doing one last run through the house with a broom and vacuum.

The doorbell rang and for some reason you felt yourself become nervous. There was no reason to be. All of the people coming were your friends.

You could hear Dean shut off the vacuum and greet whoever was there. With a deep, recollecting breath, you made your way to the front door.

"Jody!" you exclaimed, pulling her into a hug. It was a surprise to see her there. You only knew of Sam, Castiel, and Charlie and her dog coming. You hadn't seen Jody in a long time and it was a welcome surprise to see her in your doorway. You could see over her shoulder her two girls.
