Y/n's POV
I ran to my room and tried to figure out why this was happening. How am I like him? What?
Miles' POV
I got back into my spider suit and started going around the city until I saw.. PETER?! And Gwen, Spider Ham, Spider Noir, Peni with a fixed robot. WHAT?! I went towards them.
"How did this happen?! How are all of you here?!" I excitedly asked.
"Peni found a way to get us back to you."
"There's a new spider, she's in my dimension.." I told them
"Two spiders in one dimension? How is this possible?" Spidernoir asked Peter.
"I'm not sure! Where are they?"
"She's trying to figure out what's going on.. she's freaking out.." I told them.
"Yay! Another girl! Is she nice?! What's she like?? CAN WE MEET HER?" Peni kept asking questions.
"Yes you all can meet her. We can go see her now.. I hope she doesn't mind.." I tell them, sheepishly rubbing the back of my neck.
"Ohh I'm excited!" Gwen added.
Y/n's POV
I slide on the costume in curiosity to see how i'd look in it.
I then went back outside of my dads home since he wasn't there and went behind a tall building and I saw a group of people coming towards me.. however I saw THROUGH the building.. How is this even possible? What's going on? Is this all some stupid dream? I pinch myself
"Ouch!! dumbass..." I whisper to myself in embarrassment.
Miles' POV
There she is. Looking down at the city. She's scared.
"Y/n." I shouted.
She turned around, "Spider-Man?! H-hey! I don't know why I'm wearing this and I'm not sure why I came up here..heh.." she nervously laughed. It was so cute.
"Y/n it's me, don't worry ."
"Wait what?"
I pulled my mask off.
"It's me, Miles."
She gasped and stared at me and the others got out of hiding.
"M-miles..?"
She sighed and looked at her hands.
"I'm not ready to accept this all.."
"It's not a choice y/n." I told her.
"You have to accept it." Gwen said.
"They're right, kid. You have to learn to accept it. It's not a choice." Peter added.
"But it is! I can leave this city and forget all of this even happened." She whispered.
"Y/n, come on. Don't be like that please.."
"Miles I can't do this, I'm not fit for it and I don't belong here or as a superhero next to someone who I never knew was the person I love the most who means so much to me and someone who I've looked up to since I've met. It's gonna be a disaster with me around."
The person she loves the most?
She loves me?
She looks up to me?!
"Please! I can show you how to do it and how y-" She cut me off.
"Miles! I-" she sighs, "I don't know..." Tears started to form in her eyes.
"I... I have to go.."
She ran past us and ran down the stairs.
I threw my mask down and looked at the others.
"Why does this always happen to me..Everyone always runs away.."
"It's not your fault." Noir added.
I sighed and left them there leaping to thwip out webs to swing.
Y/n's POV
After a few hours of lots of thinking, it was now 3 am... A lot of thoughts ran through my mind, I'm a big overthinker, especially when it comes to people i love. I felt as if what I said and did was really dramatic.
I called miles and he didn't pick up so I left a voice message.
"Hey miles I'm sorry for all that I said but I think I'm ready to accept this whole thing. I trust that you'll guide me through it and I know you'll do amazing. Please get back to me whenever you can."
