I wake up still fighting with my sleep, I was so tired. There was no trace of Wyatt or Madeleine on the room. I yawn and stretch, getting mentally ready to leave the bed, as I stand up, I make the bed and go to the bathroom. I felt like I drank 5 liters of water last night, I couldn't stand how full my bladder was, after peeing, I washed my hands and face, then brushed my teeth. As soon as I leave the bedroom, I see Madeleine talking through the phone while holding Wyatt, when she notices me, she gives me a warm smile

—You woke up, babe -she says and I get close to her to peck her lips and then, greet Wyatt, who gets excited- look, I'm talking to Maddy -she points her phone, it was a FaceTime call-

—Hey Maddy, how are ya?

—Calum, hi. I'm doing good and you?

—Excellent -I smile at her and turn my face towards my girlfriend who seemed really happy-

—Guess What, Cal -Mad squeals- Maddy is coming to visit us!

If I'm being totally honest, those news didn't make me excited, I barely talked to Maddy and it was when Madeleine and her were talking, but I'm happy for my girlfriend; she's the closest friend she has

—Really? Babe, that's good. You're going to have a friend near you -I smile at her-

—Yeah, yeah. And she's finally meeting Wyatt!

—Well Maddy, our house is your house too -I say and Maddy mouthed a thank you-

—How sweet of you, babe -Madeleine smiles at me- by the way, your breakfast is on the microwaves, sorry that I didn't wait for you, I woke up starving

—It's okay, bub, thanks

I leave her there speaking with Maddy while I walk to the kitchen. I don't know how there are people in this world who wake up without hunger, because as soon as I open my eyes, my stomach wants to devour the whole fridge. After reheating my breakfast and sit to eat, I check my phone looking through Instagram comments, I read some and answer them, and to others, I just like them. I try to be responsible with my fans too, I try to always be there even though it's kind of complicated, but it's thanks to them all I've become. As soon as I finish I wash my plate, when I return to the living room, Madeleine was still talking to her friend so I go take a quick shower, I shuffle the music while I'm humming the lyrics. As I finished getting dressed, Madeleine had already ended the FaceTime call

—Are you excited, aren't you? -I ask while I take Wyatt away from her-

—More than a lot, I needed a friend near me. I think she's coming next week or in two weeks

—I don't know why you haven't made any friend yet, we've been living for a while now here... Or I don't know why you don't gather again with your old friends

—Because my old friends weren't friends, the were just girls I knew who wanted to hang out with me because of a social status. They were the friends my mom wanted me to have -I felt kinda awkward, I knew Annie from a long time ago but I never thought she lived off from appearances- and around here, I don't know, I guess I don't go out that much because I spend most of the time with Wyatt, but I'll see if I can make some friends -she smiles- and what about last night, too much work?

—A lot -I exhale- the first song we finished was the one you like the most

—Ghost of You? -she asks excited, I nod-

—I was also talking to the guys about doing something together, maybe they could come here to hang out. Would you rather that or going somewhere else?
