Kabanata 22

The car stopped and I looked at outside.

The beautiful view of city lights are displayed fascinatingly in my sights.

"Let all your problem out," napatingin ako kay Antony ng lumabas ito at binuksan ang pinto ng inuupuan ko.

Mas lalo akong namangha ng makita ang makukulay na ilaw sa baba ng dahil sa mamatatayog na establishemento.

"Bakit ngayon mo lang ako nadala rito?" I asked Antony. Ilang taon na kaming magkakilala ngunit ngayon niya palang ako nadala sa ganitong kagandang lugar.

He walked ahead of me and sat down meters away from the cliff. He look at me and told me to sit beside him.

"I always come here when I have so many problems to endure," I look at Antony who's smiling while looking at the city lights

"Anong ginagawa mo pag ganun?" tanong ko habang nakakunot ang aking noo.

I always know Antony as the jamming and smiling one, it's as if everyday that passes by he doesn't have any problems.

"I keep this place for my own benefits.I don't want anyone coming here because of it's fascinating view." he said and glanced at me before looking back at the city and throw some small stones.

"I shout everything." he breathes and look at the sky "In that way, I find it refreshing and I lessen my problems." he smiled at me

Can I try it too?

Just for once, I want to shout all of my frustrations of Gray!

"Gusto ko rin iyong subukan!" I said

He agreed and smiled at me.

"Sige ba, para naman mawala yang lungkot mo at galit mo sa asawa mong gago!" he said seriously.

I laugh not because of what he said but how serious he was.

"Pano ba?" I asked him and throw some small stones to the cliff.

Tumayo sya at pinagpag ang kanyang damit.

"Ganito." He inhaled.

"TANGINANG GRAY! SINAKTAN ANG KAIBIGAN KONG SI SCARLET!" he shouted at tila umalingaw-lingaw pa iyon.

I stand up too and start following him.

"AHHHHH! BAKIT BA AKO IKINASAL SA ISANG CANTELLON!" I scream to the top of my lungs

"DAPAT GULPIHIN YUNG CANTELLON NA IYON!" Antony shouted again

"BAKIT AKO NASASAKTAN!" I shouted not noticing a tear of mine drop and later on I stop shouting and sobs.

"Shh... " I felt Antony's hands around me

"Antony," I called his name but he just caressed my back to comfort me.

"If you just marry Sebastian, you won't get hurt." He said.

Sebastian.

He loves me, I loved him but our love is like a forbidden fruit so forbidden that we ended our relationship.

I cried until it all while Antony's there comforting me.

"Scar," He called me. Hindi na ako umiiyak ngunit tila nakatulala parin ako habang nakayakap sya sa akin.

"Hmm... " I answered him.

"Hanggang kailan?" he said.

I distanced my self and look at him.

"Hanggang kailan ka masasaktan dahil sa gagong asawa mo!" He breathes and look at me intently "Hiwalayan mo na iyan." He said

I looked at him.

I want to.

But dad will get more disappointed of me.

I feel something that I want to stay.

"I can't," I said.

I deny it or not I know I like Gray, hindi ako tanga para Hindi iyon maramdaman. He's just confusing me. He's cold and seldom talks but I can't deny the fact that he has a sweet tounge.

Ganyan naman talaga yung ibang lalaki diba? They'll trap you in to their sweet words and make you fall on the floor, no one is catching your feelings for you.

Nagtagal pa kami roon at nagpasya ng umuwi dahil alas 10 na.

"Salamat, Antony." I said and gave him a smile.

"Are you sure na dito ka? I mean that asshole might hurt you again." he gave ma a worried look. I nodded and smile at him.

Pinaalis ko muna ito bago ako pumasok sa loob ng bahay namin ni Gray. I know he's inside,I saw his new car at our garage.

I take off my shoes and hang my leather jacket at my arms before walking straight to our sala.

"10:26pm," hindi ko na kailangan pang lingunin ang pamilyar na boses na iyon

"You broke the rule again!" dagdag pa nito.

I stop and glare at him when I saw him smoking at our big sofa while the table has a bottle of Jack Daniels. He's looking at me with no emotions plaster on his face.

This is not the Gray I knew this past few days!

Iba ito. Tila ito yung taong nakita ko nung unang araw sa restaurant.

Hindi ako umimik.

"Where have you been with that architect?" he coldly spat.

"Don't. Asked!" I said.

"Wag kang magtatanong dahil Hindi kita pinakailaman kayo ng Babae mo!" Naiinis Kong sabi rito at nagpatuloy sa paglalakad.

"Answer me," matigas na sabi nito at my kalakasan iyon.

Nilingon ko ito .

"Wag tayong maglokohan, Gray. So what kung saan kami ng galing it's no big deal. Kung ikaw nambabae okay lang! Pag ako Hindi. Damn, what's wrong with you!"I shouted

Punong puno na ako. Patuloy na nauubos ang pasensya ko. Huwag naman akong sinasagad.

Naglakad ako ulit at tinalikuran ito.

Napatigil ako ng hawakan nito ang braso ko.

Hindi ako lumingon  nanatili akong nakatalikod rito.

"You don't know anything, Scarlet Aurora. You don't know what I did just to make you safe." mariin ang boses nito.

Safe? Kailan pa nakakaligtas ang pambabae niya sa akin! Nakakasakit pa nga iyon!

"Bitawan mo ako, Gray." mariin kong sabi. Matiim kong tiningnan ang blankong expression ng mga mata nito

Kapag galit ako wag na wag mo akong kakausapin, iba ang tabas ng dila ko.

Ngunit nanatili parin itong nakahawak sa akin. Liningon ko ang kamay nito.

"Bitawan mo ako," Tinanggal ko ang kamay nito na nakahawak sa braso ko at tumungo sa kwarto.

I seatled in the door and lean on it after locking it. I exhaled and tears run through my cheeks.

Damn it, stop tearing up please. Stop crying.
