Jennie's P.O.V.
I stare at the space on the sofa where Lisa had sat. I don't think that our relationship will ever be the same again. I've hurt her and I can't do anything about that, except making it up to her.
A few minutes later, Jisoo's head pops out of her bedroom door. "You guys done? Chaeyoung's asleep," She says, walking towards me. "Where's Lisa?"
"In her room," I reply. "And yeah, we're done... but something still doesn't feel right."
The visual plops down on the sofa and rests her head on a hand propped up by the armrest. "What'd you guys talk about?"
I shrug, frowning. "I told her that she should forget about the night," I say.
"Let me guess," the eldest scoffs. "She got mad."
I pout and nod my head. "I had thought it was for the best, but Lisa-"
"She thought it was a bad idea, didn't she?" Jisoo guessed, raising an eyebrow.
"Bingo."
Jisoo chuckles softly. Patting my lap to comfort me. "Lisa is so damn predictable, seriously. But you know, it's okay. We still love her." She then proceeds to nudge me and look at me with a mischievous expression.
I laugh. "What's with your face, unnie?" I ask, shoving her shoulder.
"Ouch! What did I do?" She exclaims, rubbing on the spot I hit.
"Nothing. I just wanted to hit you," I tease, smiling.
Jisoo sighs. "Whatever, Jen." She turns to face me. "What happens between you and Lisa now?"
Right. What do I do? Should I just go and treat her like I used to? Is she going to be uncomfortable? "Honestly, I don't know how to deal with this," I reply.
"Hmm," Jisoo hums. "Do you have any schedule tomorrow?"
I nod. "Yeah, I have a meeting with CEO-nim tomorrow." Tomorrow would be so shitty. I've been seeing Jongin behind his back, and there's that goddamned dating ban.
I'm honestly prepared for tomorrow. Hopefully Yang Min Suk won't kick me out of the group or something. This is what Jongin feared during the first stages of our relationship, that one of our careers might be in danger, mine especially.
"Holy shit," Jisoo breathes out. "Good luck, girl. Every time he calls me for a meeting, I shit my pants. Like, seriously, he can be really scary at times."
"That's true," I say, feeling more and more nervous. "But stop making me more terrified than I already am!"
The older one just grins goofily, but rests a hand on my shoulder. "I may be known to kid around a lot, but hey, I'm here for the three of you when you need me."
I smile gently at her. Jisoo truly is a gift from heaven. She's really like the mother of the group. I don't know what I'd do without her. "Thank you, unnie," I say. "I love you guys so much."
"Ew." She makes a face. "Only I get to be sappy right now."
"You suck." I stick my tongue out at her.
She waves a hand dismissively. "You know Jennie, I'd like to meet your boyfriend some time," she says.
I snap my head at her. "W-what?" I ask, not sure if I heard her correctly.
Jisoo looks at me weirdly. "What do you mean, 'what'? I said what I said."
"You want to meet Jongin?"
