So I'm not surprised it took me this long to add the next chapter, but sorry for the delay. Also there may be a quality drop in the image because I'm testing out different mediums to create with but I hope you enjoy it.

Pierce sat eating breakfast when Delilah came in.

"Do you know where Lynn is?" she asked.

"Did you check the beach?" Pierce asked.

"Yes, and she wasn't there."

"Maybe she walked to town, or went exploring with Aspen."

"Aspen's gone too?"

"Yeah. She ran out the door earlier saying something about going exploring."

"Did you see Lynn with her?"

"No, but I wasn't paying much attention."

"Then she's probably with Aspen, looking for another beach or whatever they do together," Delilah reassured herself.

"Could you put eggs on the list?" Pierce asked, picking at his breakfast (of eggs and the last of the bread).

Delilah grabbed the kitchen pencil and wrote 'eggs' on the list. She stopped to survey it for a moment, commenting, "We probably need to go into town today."

"Cody and Kyle have to work today so they can probably pick up stuff," Pierce pointed out.

Delilah fingered the list, then left the kitchen with it, going in the direction of the bedrooms.

Pierce finished his food and set his plate in the sink basin. He wandered over to the basement stairs, and descended. The curtains were pulled shut, blocking out most of the light so it took a moment for his eyes to adjust. He could make out Nathan and Daniel still in bed. He took a moment to evaluate his options.

Quietly, Pierce tip toed over to Nathan's bed, and jumped on him.

"Aah!" he exclaimed.

"Dude, what the--!" Nathan shouted, sitting up and shoving Pierce off.

"Huh?" Daniel mumbled sleepily, and shifted positions.

"What was that for?" Nathan whisper-shouted.

"I dunno, I was bored and you should get up."

"God I hate you," Nathan muttered, getting up. "Why didn't you jump on Daniel instead?"

"Because he had a tiring shift yesterday."

Nathan grumbled but didn't argue. He got up and went upstairs, leaving Pierce to catch up.

Daniel sleepily rubbed his eyes and sat up. The sun was shining a little through the curtains, but the room was empty. He figured it was time for breakfast, so he got up and went upstairs. He wandered into the kitchen to find Delilah, Nathan, Mary, and Pierce.

"Look who's finally awake," Nathan laughed.

"What, did I miss breakfast?" Daniel asked.

"Missed it? It's lunchtime," Pierce said.

"Whoops, why did no one wake me?"

"You seemed really tired," Delilah answered.

"Well I wanted to throw pillows at you, but Del wouldn't let me," Mary added.

"Thank you," Daniel said to Delilah, who laughed. "Where's everyone else?"

"Aspen and Lynn are exploring and Kyle and Cody are in town," Delilah said.
