(A/n: Hey guys, just wanted to let you know this is the penultimate chapter, so just one chapter left and this book will be complete)
"Aidan have you got in contact with someone?" Tyler asked "oh...umm...no"
Aidan replied. "We need to think of a plan" Ally said. Everyone sat in the canteen and thought of a plan. "Ok I have a plan but it's really risky. I can make a potion that will put out the zombies but for only ten minutes then we can get inside the basement and grab the gas masks from there, then we can send someone outside to get help...well who likes my plan" Lauren told everyone her plan "I'm going with your plan...mostly because I have no plan but I'm with you Lauren" Y/n said "I'm pretty sure that not the only reason why you're agreeing with her plan" Dinah mumbled "I'm going with your plan Lauren, I mean you are a science genius" Normani, Camila, Ally, Dinah, Tyler, and y/n all agreed to Lauren's plan. The only person who did not agree with Lauren's plan was Aidan "listen Aidan it is six against one so Lauren has one" Dinah said "ugh fine but if this plan doesn't work" Aidan threatened.
"Ok I'm going to go and make the potion in the science lab" Lauren said "you do know it's not a potion it's just a liquid that puts a person to sleep" Dinah sassed "yeah same thing" Lauren said. "Hey umm do you need any help?" Y/n asked "yeah sure" Lauren said. Lauren and y/n both talked while Lauren made the concoction that would knock the zombies out.
"I'm done making the potion" Lauren said to everyone as she entered the teachers lounge with y/n. "Can you explain the plan to us?" Camila asked "alright, so it's going to be me Aidan, Tyler and Y/n who are a part of this plan, the rest of you will just have to wait for us." Lauren explained "HEY! Who said I was gonna be apart of your plan. I am not going down there!" Aidan argued "but Aidan you have to" y/n tried to convince Aidan "I don't give a shit I'm not going down there" Aidan said "he might be a 'guy' but it sure as hell seems like he's a pussy!...I'll do it...I'll be apart of the plan instead of that pussy" Dinah said side eying Aidan "thank you Dinah" Lauren thanked.
"Ok so this potion will only knock the freaks out for ten minutes, so we can only be in there for ten minutes. And we can't get low because the potion will only affect the bottom half of the room, because we'll obviously throw the potion on to the ground. So I'll open the door and I will throw the potion on the floor...after a few seconds the potion would have knocked out the zombies, than, Y/n, Dinah and Tyler you will go in and look for the gas masks, you only have ten minutes, i'll have a stopwatch with me. Then once you're inside I'll have to shut the door to make sure the gas from the potion doesn't escape the room. Then once you've got the masks bang on the door and I'll open it up, let you out and then we'll lock the door back up" Lauren explained "I like the plan" Y/n, Dinah and Tyler agreed.
"Well how are you sure that your stupid potion would work. I don't trust you. You're an evil stupid girl that always messes with people. You can't even tell your left from fight yet you think you can do all this. I don't know why I'm listening to you your just an idiot." Aidan started talking rubbish about Lauren "well how's this for rubbish?" Lauren said angrily as she opened the lid of the bottle and put it next to Aidan's nose. A few seconds of confused looks from each other and Aidan dropped on to the floor and knocked out. "Wow it does work" Ally said, impressed by Lauren's scientific abilities.
Lauren, y/n, Dinah and Tyler all got ready to head to the panic room "wait Dinah" Camila called Dinah before the three girls left the room "I love you cheechee, make sure you get the masks safely, and make sure you're back in one piece, as a human...I don't want a zombie for a best friend" Camila reared up as she clung on to her best friend "don't worry chancho, I've got it all under control." Dinah chuckled as she pried the brunette off of her "I love you Mila" Dinah said as she left the room along with y/n and Lauren.
The four kids quietly made their way down to the panic room. As they got closer they could hear the zombies growling. "On the count of three Y/n and Dinah you will open the door and I will throw the potion in, as soon as I do that you two shut the door" Lauren instructed "one, two...three!" Y/n quickly pulled the door open. Lauren threw the potion in the middle of the panic room and then Dinah shut the door. "Now you three get inside, split up and look for the gas masks remember don't get low or else you will get knocked out! And if the zombies start waking up, get yourself out! You've got ten minutes" Lauren instructed them. "Ok" Y/n, Tyler and Dinah said in unison.
"Ready, go" Lauren opened the door, the three students walked in and Lauren shut the door behind them "Y/n you look over there" Dinah told Y/n as she looked around the right side of the room "Tyler you look in there" Dinah pouted to a tiny room on the side. As y/n was looking around she tripped over a zombie's leg and fell to the floor...she slowly started to fall asleep.
Tyler found the gas masks in a box, in the small room that was filled with first aid supply and food. The zombies started groan...they were waking up "open the door Lauren!" Dinah shouted as she ran towards the door. Lauren quickly pulled the door open and Dinah and Tyler ran out. The zombies crawled towards the door so Lauren slammed the door shut "y/n is still in there...she probably passed out!" Tyler exclaimed "we need to get her out!" Lauren started to worry. Dinah tried to open the door but she couldn't because all the zombies were in front of the door.
Y/n started to wake up "ugh what happened to me" Y/n said, upon hearing the noise the zombies quickly crawled towards y/n. Y/n climbed up on the ladder of one of the beds as quick as she could. "LAUREN! OPEN THE DOOR!" Y/n shouted in fear.
The zombies tried to climb the bed. Y/n took a leap and grabbed onto a pipe that was stuck to the ceiling close to the door. Y/n clung on to the pipe and started to swing her body back and forth trying to get close enough to the door so that when Lauren opened the door she could let go and fall close enough to the door to run out. "Open the door! HURRY!" Y/n shouted.
"Dinah, Lauren grab a chair...when I open the door push all the zombies with the chair" Tyler instructed. They both grabbed a chair each. Tyler opened the door, then Dinah and Lauren ran in and pushed all the zombies against the wall using the chairs. Y/n let go of the pipe and ran out "Lauren, Dinah let go of the chairs and run! Come on!" Tyler shouted as he held the door open. Lauren and Dinah let go of the chairs and ran towards the door. As soon as they got out Tyler slammed the door shut and Lauren put a pipe through the handles and locked the door. "We got the gas masks" Dinah said as she pulled y/n, Tyler and Lauren into a group hug "I nearly died though" y/n added "but you didn't" Tyler added.
