Marshalls POV: First glance

I was sitting in the kitchen around 11 when the front door shoots open as Leamos storms in with some other pack members following.
"What the hell happened?" I asked as he sits on the couch with his head in his hands. I cant tell if hes angry or hurt. Maybe both. He started mumbling, loud enough i could hear him, but quiet enough i had no clue what he was saying.
"Im sorry, what?" I asked.
"I found her man. I found her and shes taken. Shes fucking taken." He semi shouted throwing his head back on the couch.
"You found who? Your mate?!" I exclaimed as he shook his head.
"What am i going to do. I cant make her mine when shes someone else's. I am definitely not becoming someones mistress."
"What is a man version of a mistress called?" one of the pack members following him asked. I scowled linking them commanding that they shut the hell up and leave as they bowed there heads and left.
"I am assuming shes human. My father told me once that humans can feel something similar if not stronger then the pull we have for our mates. Did you touch her?" I asked.
"No, i was gonna put my hand on her arm when my cousin interrupted me. Shes her best friend. Shes a cheerleader too. Hell she was fucking here with my cousin and i didn't even know. I'm a fucking dumb ass and I'm screwed." he dramatically yelled as he walked out of the room into his bedroom. I shrugged, i know it'll work out. She wouldn't be the first taken woman hes broken up. I walked up to my room and pulled my phone out.

Cheerrlover34: Well i officially did it. New house, New car, new squad, and now new hair. I dont think he will find me now. Do you know of anything else i should do to take precautions? My sons here now and i really don't need him near my son.
Me: Well, you could give me your address and i could send officers to patrol you neighbor hood to make sure he doesn't come around.
Cheerrlover34: Yeah and then kill me and my family and steal my belongings. no thanks XD
Me: you know i wouldn't do that
Cheerr: ummm actually i don't. i've never met you before. i don't even know your real name (i don't need too) and i just met you like a week ago.
Me: i get it
Cheerr: look i enjoy being able to text you. and i enjoy us being able to rant an stuff without it being wierd. but i don't really want to meet you, i enjoy this mystery and it feels good to be able to say whatever to a real person and not be judged ya know? if this is too wierd im sorry and we can stop talking.

For some reason her last text panicked me. I wanted to be able to talk to her. I've actually enjoyed the company of this random chick on the other side.

Me: No no, this is great i enjoy your company too much to let you go for something weird. :)
Cheer: aw. okay well my son is stirring and if he starts screaming my guest will freak out. Goodnight.

I chuckled as i plugged my phone into the charger and rolled over and fell asleep.
I woke up to a banging on my door, i rolled over and looked at my phone, 10:35 am.
"Who is it and what do you want?" I say as the door opens and in comes Lee.
"I know what we are gonna do. My cousin and her friend are going out tonight. I'm gonna give her all the moves i know. She'll be begging to be with me. Then that night, i will have left suck a mark on her mind, she will dumb whoever the hell shes with and call me where i will be a gentleman and ask her on a proper date." he finished with a huge smile on his face. I groaned and laid back in bed.
"And what the hell do i have to do with this? why do i need to go?" I asked as Lee looked at me with the most serious expression i have ever seen him have.
"You have an extremely important job," he said looking creepily into my eye i had to back up a tad, "You need to keep my cousin Distracted." He said and smiled patting my shoulder.
"Thats it?! You woke me up and that all i need to do? Can i at least sleep with her?" I said annoyed, He growled. "No you better not lay a finger on her. Shes like a sister to me. Just be friendly, but not to friendly. Shes had a fucked up life. Doesn't even know about her heritage."
"What do you mean?" I asked curiously.
"Well shes actually a part of this pack. Her parents lived in that village on the out skirts of town that was attacked by wolves. The battle that killed my father. shes a half breed. Half wolf, Half wiccan." He said as i looked at him shocked.
"SHE DOESN'T KNOW SHES POWERFUL?!" I semi screamed at him, "You need to fix this, she could be the best warrior we have. No more half breeds exist." He groaned saying he would think about it as he left. Now not only do i have to finish the pack paperwork that i was supposed to finish Friday before my dad found out he had to leave town, but now i have to go out with Lee. He can easily show me up when it comes to drinking. I don't drink very often.

Me: Gawwwwww i need help.
Cheerr: You have my full attention. Whats up?
Me: I have to go on a blind date kind of thing and have no clue how they work nor what to do. I'm more of a smash and move on kind of guy.
Cheerr: Nooooo your a player. Ugh and i thought we could be friends XD Jk idc. You just need to be yourself. Smile, laugh at the jokes, pay for the dinner and drinks, don't pretend you left your wallet so they will pay. If you are low on funds be honest and split the check at least. Coming from experience.
I chuckled to myself with her long thought out response.
Me: Okay I can do that. We are going clubbing though.
Cheerr: Well then, just have fun. Dance don't be nervous to dance. And if she wants to shake her stuff dont stop her. LET THE WOMAN BE FREE TO DANCE!!!!!
I laughed out loud literally.
Me: Sounds good. I better get ready thank you! have a great night!
Cheerr: you better text me the deets when you get home sir. ;)

I laughed and put my phone on the charger before hopping into the shower. Maybe this will be a good night after all.
