"Sandersonia?"
I groaned, "who
in their right mind would
name their child that?"
Sul sighed,
"it's a stage name,"
a simple explanation,
"she's Sandy, an upperclassman."
Clicking away at my phone,
dismissing a notification of
Dream-Eater being nearby,
I murmured sleepily.
"She's usually away for her
modelling work,
but now that she's back,
she's getting attention,"
Sul groaned.
"So, that's why,"
I muttered,
looking rather enviously toward
the culminating stack
of boys and girls
quarreling for view.
"She made the news
yesterday," Sul added,
rather annoyed,
reading a message on her phone,
"so everyone's trying
to fight for attention."
I couldn't
help but chuckle at that,
pulling my phone up to
dismiss a new notification--
Exterminator's nearby,
it read and then, something else registered.
Come to think of it,
they haven't been around
for a while.
"Hey, Sul," I wondered
out loud, "I wonder what
would happen if someone
as amazing as Sandy...
gets Dream Depression?"
And Sul, leaning down on the table,
with her chin in her palm,
eyed the figure beyond the crowd.
With an expression of interest,
she hummed in response."There's no way,
right?"
