This world can almost make me feel sick

I'd sometimes rather drift off

Imagining impossible capabilities

Ways to dance in the past

Ways to change what history has written

And it's hard for me to understand why anyone would take that from me

Let alone want to

But I also know that this is teetering on unhealthy

And for that, I ache
