I didn't tell the world about your late night messages

where i laughed and we joked until i got the worst sleep possible

I didn't tell a soul about how i almost cried

hearing you question my narrative, while i was terrified beyond speech

I didn't tell any hearts 

about the drop that came after the love

the one that has led me to this point of half hate

and half indifference to my spirit
