ASHTON'S POV "Are you okay with this, babe?" I asked leaving a trail of kisses on her neck.
"M-More than sure." Lulu stuttered.
I stopped kissing her neck and looked into her dark brown eyes.
Every time I look straight into those beautiful eyes, I can't help but fall in love with her all over again.
"Is everything okay, sweetheart?" Lulu asked.
"You may be okay with this, but I'm not." I said.
"What do you mean, babe?" She asked.
"Lulu. I love you and I know this is your first time, so I don't want your first time to happen like this." I said.
"What do you mean? It's going to be with you. The one man I trust most in my life. Shouldn't your first time be with someone you trust?" Lulu asked.
"Yes, but I want your first time to be special. I want it to be special for the both of us. While this isn't my first time, it's going to be my first time with you. And that's going to be more special than anytime I've ever done it." I said.
"So what are you saying, sweetheart?" She asked.
"I'm saying it's going to be when you're least expecting it. It could be some random Saturday where I cook us dinner. It could be some big romantic gesture I do when you get in from work. I just want to sweep you off your feet. Not just do it on the sofa when we're both in the mood. Plus, I'm not prepared if you know what I mean." I said.
Lulu took a second, but realized what I meant.
I haven't bought condoms in months.
There hasn't been any reason to buy them.
"Sorry to disappoint, sweetheart." I said.
"It's okay, babe." She smiled seeming disappointed yet relieved.
"I know it sucks waiting to see all this." I said.
"You wish." Lulu said hitting me with a pillow.
"Come on, love. Let's go watch Archer until we fall asleep." I said putting her on my back and carrying Lulu to the bedroom.
