ASHTON'S POV The thought of proposing to Lulu is impossible.
Lulu's brothers are watching her every move from a different county.
Not only are they watching Lulu's every move, but they're also probably watching my every move.
I've never felt more intimidated before.
Their approval of me marrying their youngest and only sister, means everything to me.
At this point, I care more about their answer than Lulu's.
I felt Lulu run her hand through my hair.
"I love it when you do that, sweetheart." I mumbled.
"What are you thinking about, kiddo?" She asked running her hand through my hair again.
"Just trying to think of a way I can get your brothers and dad's approval of me asking to marry you." I said.
"They're not that scary, babe." Lulu said.
"That's easy for you to say! You've lived with them all your life. And here I am, your best friend and boyfriend and guy that's been in love with you for four years meeting them for the first time this year." I said.
"Why are you so hung up on this, babe?" Lulu asked.
"Because I'm a perfectionist." I sighed.
"It's going to be okay, babe. You still have time to win over them over. It's not like you're going to propose to me tomorrow." Lulu said.
"No, but I'd like to." I said kissing her hand.
"You're so cute, superstar." She said.
"That's a name you haven't used in a while." I said.
"Why not bring it back." Lulu shrugged.
"I like it. It reminds me of when we first met." I smiled.
"And how I would always tell you that you were going to make it big." She smiled.
"Feels like yesterday." I smiled.
"Sure does, baby." She said.
"Who would've thought we'd land up like this?" I asked.
"I sure as hell didn't." Lulu said.
"Neither did I, babe. Neither did I." I said.
