So I have my own outlook on Love
A philosophy on relationships
And well, it's this,
I personally do not believe that we should chase love in relationships
At least not forever
Because love is not eternal
People fall in and out of love fairly easily
Love is not this everlasting promise you and your partner will keep
But you can promise this
You can promise to forever make someone happy
To make your partner enjoy the life they lead and the time they spend with you
And yes, that is in spite of the troubles and fights that may or are bound to come
I believe that we should pursue happiness and fulfillment and enjoyment in a relationship and not love
Not something that we ever so commonly tie to destiny and fate
Not something that is so blurredly abstract that no one can even tell what it is without being forced to call it a masterpiece
But maybe we can go after what brings us joy in a relationship
Because love does not last forever
But you can choose to forever make a person happy
