Meanwhile, back from behind the gate, in a ten, Cain walks in. Some men and women are working on computers.
Woman: Sir, T-Virus infection has reached critical levels.
Cain looks at the computer and sees how high it's getting.
Cain: This presents a perfect opportunity. Ensure all data streams are recorded. Activate Nemesis Program now.
One of the women types on her laptop to activate a program. Back at the Raccoon Hospital, in another room, the lights turn on with the monitors.As they turn on, they turn off the sedatives. The heart monitor starts beeping, and on a creature figure's face, its left eye opens. Back outside, a helicopter flies over the city, carrying something under it. Olivera spots the chopper as his partner pops out a flare. The man watches the wounded soldier.
Olivera: Hey! Hey!
Soldier 2: Here! We're down here! Come! Come! We're here! Where are they going?
Olivera: (Points) They're landing over there. Let's get Yuri and Billy! Come on!
They both run back into the alley, and Olivera helps Yuri.
Olivera: Come on, Yuri. We're getting out of here. We'll get you fixed up. Come.
Billy follows them as they head for the chopper. The chopper stops in the middle of the hospital. It drops two cases, and they crash through a glass roof. They both land in the room. The group makes it to the hospital. Billy watches all around for zombies as they head for the door.
Olivera: Hold on, Yuri. We're almost there.
As they reach the door, Billy looks up, and he sees the chopper leaving.
Billy: Guys, the chopper's leaving.
They all look too, and they see it leaving the area.
Soldier 2: No. No! Don't leave! No, down here! We're coming!
Olivera: They dropped something in the hospital. Did you see it?
Soldier 2: Maybe a radio. One that works.
Olivera: Take Yuri.
He hands him to his partner. They all walk inside the hospital. They go through many rooms, keeping an eye out for any zombies. They pass by the room where the creature was laying at. The creature is gone. They then make it to the room where the cases are. Yuri is groaning in pain from the bite. Billy and Olivera walk to the cases as Olivera's partner slows down for Yuri.
Yuri: Nicholai, put me down.
Nicholai: Ok, rest here.
He lays him down on the floor as Olivera and Billy look at the cases. They look at the first case, and they see it's empty. It looks like a mini gun was in it. They walk to the second case as Nicholai comes over.
Nicholai: What is this?
Olivera opens up the second case, and he sees it's empty too. And a rocket launcher was in it.
Olivera: Looks like weapon cases.
Nicholai: We don't need weapons. (Kicks the case) We need evacuation!
Olivera: These weren't meant for us.
Billy: What do you mean, and where are the weapons? Are you saying someone else was expecting these?
Before Olivera could say anything, Yuri suddenly bites his arm. He grunts painfully as they all turn around.
Olivera: Yuri!
