LUKE'S P.O.V.

"So you two are...?"

"In a relationship."

"How long has this been going on?"

"About a month now. It's been hard as hell, but-"

"Why'd you keep it a secret?"

"I knew I'd be teased about having a girlfriend. We aren't the dudes who jump into commited relationsips, and I thought you guys would leave if I told you I settled down. But Cal is now in one, and Ash-"

I immediately shut up after I said Ash. He had given me a death glance as well, and I saw Bri peak a look at his facial expression, his cheeks flushing. "Anyways, I'm just glad to have this out in the open, and now Lex and I don't have to stay hidden up under our roofs," I grabbed hold of her other hand in mine, looking deep into her eyes. "We're official." 

She blushed, and kissed my cheek and everyone started giggling. I as well did, and we both took a seat, as everyone made place for us. 

JAYCEE'S P.O.V

"Your name is Lex?" I asked smiling. She nodded politely. 

"Yeah. Its a nickname. I'm not called by my full name. And yours?" 

"I'm Jaycee, but you can call me Jay if you'd like," I gave her a reassuring smile. She seemed a bit nervous. Then again, she and Luke just came out from after a month of a private relationship. I wonder how they handled that. "And, this is my cousin-"

"Bri. I'm Sabrina, but Bri works," she smiled, and I smiled back at Bri, then at Lex. She had similar features like me; medium-length dark brown hair, brown eyes, tanned-like skin, and we both wore glasses. I had my contacts on today, though. 

"Which one of you is Calum's?" I raised my hand very low. 

"That would be me," I blushed, looking over at him as he talked to the guys. He blew me a kiss, and I bit my tongue. His affection had me loving him. 

"You two been together a long time?" Lex grinned widely. I shrugged. 

"Well, we're childhood friends. Known each other for years and years, but we just started dating and all that jazz. But I'm happy. He's a good guy. I mean, nobody really understands why I'm with him, especially my mother, but he makes me happy, I make him happy, and I'm gonna stop rambling," I chuckled, and let out a sigh. 

"That's really sweet. And you Bri?"

Bri turned her head from mine to Lex's. "Hmm? Sorry, I didn't hear you."

"Are you seeing anyone?" Bri shook her head. 

"No, I'm not but," she lowered her voice, and leaned in closer to our little formed triangle, "I really like Ashton. He seems really exciting and dangerous and its so thrilling and just look at him!" We all turned our heads quickly, then back at Bri, who sighed and stared at him. She smiled suddenly, and Lex and I turned our heads back to Ash and looked at each other, smirking. 

"You really like him, huh?"

"Hell to the yes!" She squealed, making us laugh. 

"Do you mind if I get your numbers? We can keep in touch. We'll probably be seeing more of each other," Lex asked, smiling, sitting up. 

"Yeah that sounds amazing! Here you go," I handed her my phone, as she did the same, and afterwards, Bri and Lex switched to exchange digits. "We three should get together sometime. Maybe catch a movie or go for lunch. Anything that you'd like," I smiled at her. She seemed to be a really sweet girl, as she nodded. 

"Sounds good!" She exclaimed. 

Definitely going to be the summer to remember.

Ah!! Sorry for not updating in like centuries! I've been busy and went camping and updating a bunch of instagram accounts XD

I'm just really sad about the fan fictions because school is starting soon and I don't know how much time I'm going to have to write, but for you guys, I will try my best, and plus I love writing anyways so it'll just be that time of the day or week where I can keep to myself and blah blah I'm not going to bore you with anymore of that but ...

sorry this isn't too long a chapter, compared to other ones, but i'll try and make the other ones better. this chapter was just kinda like an introduction to new friendships forming so that way the story can unfold :)
