LUKE'S P.O.V

"Baby girl?" I call for Lex, as she's somewhere wandering around my place.

"Yeah, I'll be down in a sec," she yells, and soon enough, I hear her light footsteps coming down the staircase.

"What's up babe?" She sits down on my lap, eyeing the laptop screen, as I remove the pen from my mouth and quickly smile up at her. "Is this what you have planned for LA?" She sounds incredibly excited.

"Yeah, this is the hotel I'm looking at," I open up the tab, and her jaw drops.

"Luke, this looks amazing and beautiful, but you do realise how much it's going to b-"

"I know it looks expensive, but I think it should be okay in honesty. I was thinking instead of maybe seven nights, we could narrow it down to four which still gives us five days in LA. Only if that's okay with you. I just really want this to be the best time ever before we leave for-" I sigh, and put my hands on her waist, steadying her on my lap.

"Luke Hemmings," she sighs, shaking her head, "don't you dare say the "C" word. Plus, I am the luckiest girl in the world to have someone caring like you. We could go for one night for all I care. I honestly just want to spend some time with you, not that we haven't been anyway this summer," she bows her head down slightly, and I put my forehead onto hers, as we look eye in eye.

"I love you." I whisper.

"I love you." Her small palm is placed on the side of my face and she slowly pulls me in for a kiss that lingers on her lips, as she giggles. "I still can't get used to the lip ring," she smiles.

My fingers reach for my lip to remove it, but she grabs my hands and intertwines them.

"Never said I didn't like it, Luke," she grins. She taps my nose as I scrunch my nose and stands up.

"Baby, can you pass me my phone, please?"

She walks over to the counter with the coffee pot, and sends it over. "Who you calling?" She asks as I raise the phone to my ear.

"Calum."

"So it's confirmed?"

"Yep. This is the trip we're going on," she slowly inches towards me.

"Thank you. So very much. I owe you," she stares into my eyes as her fingers run through my hair.

"You don't owe me a single thing. Your existence is enough," I kiss her quickly.

"Stop with your lovey-dovey crap." Damn, I forgot I was calling Calum.

"Oops. Um anyways, I wanted to talk to you about the trip. I found the hotel and it's really nice but pricey so we're cutting down the number of nights. Are you and Jay okay with that?"

"Yeah of course. It doesn't matter much."

"I'm gonna text out details in a bit to make sure it's all good, and I'm also going to ask Ash and Michael if they want to join along," I cough slightly. I haven't seen those two in what feels like ages.

"Wait. Ashton?" Calum's voice sounded concerned.

"Yeah, is that a problem, Cal? You two good?" I ask, straightening up.

"You don't know what's going on. Shit," his voice fades and the line goes dead.

JAYCEE'S POV

"Who was that?" I ask, skipping into the living room taking a seat beside Calum, curling my legs on him.

"Luke; he's sending out details for the trip. Apparently it's like a really nice hotel. But, we have to cut down the stay because of the price and I thought you'd be okay with th-"

I press my lips onto his, as they interlock perfectly. "I'm perfectly fine with it. I don't care how long it is. I just really want to go somewhere different and travel, with you," I hold his hand and he intertwines our fingers together. My hands are so small in his palms. I giggle at the proportion.

I feel a vibration through the couch and Cal reaches for his phone that's in his pocket. "It's Luke. He sent us all the details in a massive group chat." Cal's fingers scroll up and down the screen. I grab my phone, reaching the surface of the speakers, and check the message.

"Cal?" My heart races.

"Yes babe?"

"Ashton and Bri? Together? You know how easily he influences her. I don't wa-"

"Luke doesn't know about Ashton using, Jay. I can't just pull that on him and plus, Ash would be so pissed off if we were all going and he wasn't only because he smokes. He'd definitely feel judged and other crap. You know how he is. It's too har-"

"But he got her mildly addicted and she became a whole new person all in one freaking night! We're going for four!" I yell, my face getting hot and my body heating up incredibly fast.

"Look, we can sort something out, okay? Ash can room with Michael, or sleep on another floor. They don't have to interact. We can get a joint room with Bri if we have to. Don't worry. If he does something to her, I will do something about it," his soft lips press onto my forehead, as my eyes shut close and I take deep breaths.

Another vibration goes off on both our phones, and we both immediately check.

"By the way, I'm bringing a girl on the trip." - Michael.

"He has a girlfriend?" I question with a smile.

"I didn't know this," Calum smiles and his thumbs press the screen.

"Who is she?" - Calum.

"Someone we know?" - Ashton.

"No, you don't know her. And neither do I in all honesty. But, she will come." - Mikey.

"What the hell?" I chuckle in confusion. He barely knows a girl that barely knows him, but she's coming on this trip? God, we don't need more trouble.

"Yeah, good luck with that bud." - Calum.

His index finger pressed the button on the top of the screen, as the display became black.

"Cal?"

"Yeah, love?" I immediately blush. No matter the amount of times he uses an endearment on me, his accent just adds to the butterflies that form in the pit of my stomach.

"When do we leave?" I ask, folding my arms, turning my chin up at his tall physique.

"Three days," he slowly inches his face forward. "Better start packing," his lips dart for my cheek, which makes me shudder as I was not expecting such a quick action. It tickles slightly, causing my head to squirm and my mouth to giggle, as now his lips softly kiss my jawline.

I suddenly yelped as he reached for my thighs, hoisting me up onto his waist, as my legs wrapped around his built torso, and my arms draped around his neck, while my fingers were fidgeting with each other. I smiled and laughed slightly, as he pressed his lips on mine. He sat on the couch, while I was still attached to him, and we layed there, in silence, until both our eyes shut for a slumber in each other's arms.
