???: Well hello brother

Colby: Brennen?

Brennen nodded his head confirming Colby's words.

Colby: I thought you were dead.

Brennen: it's a long story. Who's this hottie you got over here?

Colby: that's my girlfriend dude.

Brennen: oops sorry man.

Colby: just don't do it again.

Brennen reached his hand out to you you shook it.

Brennen: I'm Brennen, Colby's brother.

You: I'm y/n Colby's girlfriend.

Colby: well, two people I thought were dead are actually alive, that. Is. Amazing.

Brennen looked at him with a confused look.

Colby: I'll explain later.

You: so, you said you two are brothers, how come you look nothing alike.

Brennen: oh, I'm adopted.

You: that makes so much more sense.

Colby: He knows.

You: that your a-

Colby: werewolf, yeah. He's a shape shifter.

You: I did not know those existed.

Brennen: yeah, I can shift into anything.

He then shifts into you.

Brennen: So, what are you?

He shifts back into normal Brennen.

You: I'm a vampire. Speaking of which, I need a blood bag.

You walk over to your bed and check user for a blood bag.

Brennen: Vampire and Werewolf, I have seen everything.

You: ...And I'm out of blood bags.

Colby: Here

Colby gestures to his wrist.

You: no it's too dangerous.

Colby: it's even more dangerous because we still don't know how Sam was alive.

Brennen: Here have my blood.

You look at Colby then back at him.

Colby: Why you looking at me?

You: I don't want to hurt your brother.

Brennen: You won't hurt me sweetness.

You can see Colby staring daggers at Brennen through the corner of your eye. You take his wrist and bite it. You wince.

You: That is the most disgusting thing I ever tasted. But it is all I have.

Brennen: I need to know what's happened.

Colby: What do you mean?

Brennen: How she became a vampire, why Sam was so dangerous, and why you are a werewolf. And I'm sure you two are curious how I became a vampire. Also, how you two met.

Colby looks at you worried.

You: I'll be okay Colby.

All of you sit down on your bed. Colby goes first.

Brennen: That still doesn't explain why everyone was so scared of Sam.

You: That's actually in my story.

Brennen: oh, no wonder Colby hates him he messed with his girl.

Brennen said sarcastically.

Colby: Shut up Brennen

Brennen: okay.

Brennen said a little hurt.

You told your story up until the point where you figured out Sam was the one that changed you.

You: when I was telling Colby this story, i are a realization, it was that Sam was the one who changed me.

Brennen: I would kill him if he wasn't already dead.

Colby: That's not it.

Colby said through a clenched jaw.

You: We thought we killed Sam, until a couple weeks ago, he captured me on my 18th birthday.

Brennen: What did he do to you?

You: He raped me, over and over again. He filled my brain with thoughts that weren't true until he made me turn against Colby. But, he brought me back and helped me through everything, now I'm back to my old self.

Colby: That's not the worst part. The first time it happened he called me and tortured her while he made me listen to her screaming for me to help her.

Brennen was crying angry tears.

Brennen: How could anyone treat someone like that?

Brennen hugged you and Colby joined in forming a group hug.

You: This may not be the right time, but Jake needs to meet you.

Brennen: Who is Jake?

Colby: Her brother.

Brennen: oh. Well where is he?

You: He's looking at old case files. Trying to get his mind off of what happened to me.

Brennen: I'll go meet him then.

He starts walking through the door, just like Colby did when you first met him.

You: Stop. Now I know where Colby got that from.

Colby started laughing

Colby: Well he is my older brother

You: Just come back tomorrow, he has to go to work soon anyway.

Brennen: okay we'll have to figure out where I'm staying too. Don't worry sweetness, I'll tell you my story tomorrow.

Brennen then smirked at you. You flipped him off. If looks could kill, Colby would have killed Brennen in a heartbeat.
Brennen then jumped out the window and Colby left.

Jake left soon after. You felt safe Sam was gone even if we don't know what saved him. Maybe it was some blood from a vampire he met before.

Whatever it was you felt so safe you fell asleep. You woke up to someone standing over you. Then you heard screaming. You then realized the screaming was coming from you.
