*TWO WEEKS LATER*

Needless to say, we lost that fight.

ECAZ has superior skills compared to us.

Fortunately we weren't caught fighting.

Which was good because today was our second to last day.

This day, however, was no different from the others.

But one thing bothered my mind.

I had lost my place in the Fang.

Where would I go when the year ended?

I would probaly go back to menagerie and go back to living there with my family.

I couldn't come back here.

No way

It was the end of the day and I was walking to my dorm when the most peculiar thing happend.

I heard someone tailing me.

But before i could turn, they walked up beside me.

It was Bronze.

I rolled my eyes.

Me: Just hit me with whatever insults you got this time.

Bronze: Nah.

I stopped

Me: What?

Bronze: Nope.

Me: What are you up to?

Bronze: Nothing.

He looked me in the eyes and grew serious.

Bronze: Look man. Ive done some thinking and I heard about what happend in the caves.

I looked down

Bronze: Well I wanted you to know that Im sorry.

Me: Seriously?

Bronze: You heard me. I was given a change of heart by our teammate, May.

Me: May?

Bronze: The only reason she bullied you was because of pressure. She has actually been, well, into you this whole time.

Another one!?

Me: I dont know what to say...

Bronze: Dont say anything. Oh but if you ever wanna hang out, you know where to find me.

He walked off

Had my bully just offered to be my friend?

I walked into my dorm and Caroline greeted me.

Caroline: Hey Conner! Glad to see your back!

I walked over and pulled her hoodie over her face playfully.

She didnt even bother to pull it off.

Just then my phone rang

I pulled it out.

It was my sister, Jacqueline, back in Menagerie.

I picked it up

Me: Hey Jacqueline!

Jacqueline: Heya Conner! Hows life at Shade?

I forgot I had told her all about the mission, the Academy, the Fang. Just not the being kicked out part.

Me: Its... Good...

Jacqueline: You dont sound good.

Me: Im fine...
