"Sky" Jack Gilinsky says, following me up the stairs.
"What Jack?" I say, sounding ruder than I actually meant it.
"Sky hear me out" He says, following me into my room. "I know that Jack's been a dick. I'm not here to say what he did wasn't wrong or to make up some shitty excuse but he's my best friend and he's beating himself up over this. He's so sorry. He tried to get out of it but Nash called him a wimp. He knew it would hurt you but he couldn't get out of it. It's a pride thing I guess"
"Why did he even agree to it?" I say sitting on my bed.
"He really likes you. Really, really likes you. He's crazy about you. Literally, I can't get him to shut up about you most of the time" He sits next to me "He did it because he wanted to get even closer to you anyway and he thought that this was going to give him motivation to actually do it"
"Then what?"
"I guess he would have told you about it and you'd be so in love with him that you wouldn't have cared?"
"He said that? What a dick"
"No, he didn't say that. That was all me. Sorry Sky, I really don't know what to say to make you forgive him"
"I guess I'l talk to him. Thanks Jack" I say hugging him "You're a really good friend to him"
"I'm not just his friend. I'm yours too, I care about you Sky" He beams.
"Thanks Jack"
"You can call me Gilinsky if you want, every one else does"
"I could call you Finnegan" I laugh
"Please don't. How do you even know that?"
"I was a fan before I was your friend you know"
"Oh yeah, I keep forgetting that! You're so different to all the other girls we meet.You're actually cool and you don't want to hook up with all of us"
"Unlike Amy"
"Yeah but she was a hoe anyway" He laughs. I can't help but laugh at how true that is. "She was the biggest hoe I know"
