"You're not listening to me. What if one day I decided I'm not in love with you or that I've made a huge mistake with us being together again?"
"Matt-"
"I'm so sorry Sky"
"Wait what are you trying to say?" Jack J asks.
"I don't know. My head's all over the place."
"Just tell me what's wrong?"
"I'm totally infatuated by you- everything you do fascinates me. The way that you act like you don't care when I know that deep down its killing you, the way you twirl your hair around your finger when you're concentrating, the way you poke your tongue out and smile whenever someone compliments you. I love the way you don't take anything for granted. You're beautiful and funny and perfect and I wish I hadn't been such a jerk and hurt you. If I could take that all back in a heartbeat I would." He says taking a long breath afterwards.
"You good?" I laugh slightly
"I just really needed to get that off my chest"

6:49pm. I've just about plugged my phone into charge when I remember Avery told me to text her. I rummage around in my pockets in search of her number. I retrieve it and text her.
(S= Sky, A= Avery)
S: hey Avery it's sky :)
A: hey! I was beginning to think you weren't gonna text :)
S: sorry I got so wrapped up in things it totally slipped my mind :)
A: no worries. Do you wanna hang out?
S: what now? Don't you have your Jake date type thing?
A: I'm not going
With that I close the conversation and ring her. She picks up straight away
"What do you mean you aren't going?"
"I can't. I'm too scared. I mean it's Jake and I'm just me."
"So what if it's Jake? You're so much better than him- honestly I don't even know why you like him"
"He's so hot! Come on admit he's hot! Admit it admit it"
"Okay! He's kinda hot but only because he looks like Jack Gilinsky. JG made Jake seem hot because they're lookalikes"
"Whatever. I'm not going."
"Just go Avery"
"It's not like he even wanted me there, like he asked you and felt like he had to ask me"
"Jake doesn't feel anything. He doesn't care about other people. He said you should go so he wants you there"
