To your tired self:
How are you? Have you ever had the chance to go in front of the mirror and say, "Hey little fighter, you did great today."?
They say, when you are tired, rest. But never give up.
I say, when you're tired, rest in God's loving arms. In His arms where we find our security. In Him, where our self can truly find rest. It's not enough, that we're resting with our tired physical body.
We may have rested, but, after running again with the battle of life, we come out of it feeling drained. Worse comes to worst, feeling empty and lost along our journey.
We need a rest that's more than that. A rest for our tired being-may it be on our physical, mental, emotional or spiritual tiredness; we need to pause for a moment and just enjoy His loving embrace.
If it's only us, we'll falter and stumble. Run again with perseverance, but this time, run with Him. The source of all our strength and our anchor.
In Him, we find our identity.
With Him, we have our security.
Through Him, we are guided to our lost way coming home.
You may have been tired, but keep on fighting against the adversities of life.
Because, you are made More than a CONQUEROR!
Embracing you with our First Love,
@cloakedlove
