S.O.S.
Have you ever been so overwhelmingly exhausted?
The kind of feeling that suddenly makes you wanna yell that you needed a long long time of break?
That feeling that makes you question those decisions you've made?
My friend, you're not alone.
In moments like this, what do you usually do?
Do you hustle to wrestle with every single thing that bothers you?
Or have that intimate alone time?
In moments like this, it usually takes us into a moment of silence.
A moment of pause-
A pause from going further.
A pause to reflect, to ponder and to process things.
It's funny how those, "How are you?" questions were very much appreciated.
It's hard to keep going in a battle where you only have is yourself.
It's hard to fight knowing that you might die in an instant-either fighting or just letting the odds win against you.
But, let me remind you that some battles doesn't need you.
There are some battles that don't require you to fight, but to simply wait and pause. In this season where there are a lot of things that can easily rob our peace, may we continue to fight by waiting and trusting. Because in everything that we do, we must always seek His will, His way and His time.
Just like how a bird learned how to fly despite the air blowing so hard. May we learn to Surrender, Obey and Submit.
It's hard to fight when you're alone in the battlefield, sometimes all we have to do is to cry out our loudest S.O.S. unto Him.
We can't win our battles if we can't take away the bridge of selfishness, the armor of pride and greed, or even the mouth full of wickedness.
If you know that the battle is not yours, surrendering, obeying, and submitting is as easy as singing in the middle of the storm.
Choose your battles wisely, but acknowledge that some are not yours.
Keep going back to your purpose. Keep going beloved!
